I was doing the whole "let's get quotes and go with the best" process, and yes, they were the most reasonably priced. It was more than that though. On top of which, they scheduled their cleaners to come the day after they told me they would be at my residence. To their credit, they did fix the scheduled time and I was not charged for the 15 minutes of work the cleaners actually did. Yes, the house has been neglected, and yes there are four dogs in the house (all in their crates when the cleaners arrived), but one should assume that a 'deep clean' would not have any issues regarding these two challenges. Additionally, when they were packing up, one of the cleaners gave me a different reason that they were declining the job, as opposed to what their contact person told me. And it's insulting to offer some Starbucks gift cards in place of me losing a day's wages to be here for them to do the job I hired them to do.

5-Star Review I…read moreordered my kitchen cabinets from DL Cabinetry, and I had the pleasure of working with Tammara O., the Sales Manager. Tammara is absolutely amazing and incredibly professional from beginning to end. She was so patient, offered me different options, and guided me through the entire process. I came in feeling super nervous because I wasn't completely sure about my design, but after speaking with her and receiving her recommendations, I felt so much more at ease. What I thought was going to be a very stressful process turned into a smooth and enjoyable experience. In the end, I fell in love with my kitchen design! Thank you, Tammara, for everything you did. You are truly an amazing person and a tremendous asset to DL Cabinetry. I 100% recommend DL Cabinetry, especially Tammara!

It took a week for a call back. Sir Grout took just one phone call to set up an appointment for estimate. Leo was right on time the designated day and thoroughly explained the repair process. That night we had our estimate by email and I approved the work by electronic signature. Very easy. The work was performed one week later by Tony and Daniel who were extremely professional and on time. They cleaned up when finished and the work is very well done. No more cracks! Leo stopped by to check up about midway through the job. On his way out he saw one more crack that none of us had seen. They repaired it on the spot. They couldn't exactly match the grout color but what was used is very close. We highly recommend Sir Grout of Kissimmee. Rick A.

The company originally quoted us $1,300 but, upon arrival, added $150 for a "crack repair" we had not seen. We agreed and paid the additional amount in good faith. After the work was completed and the technicians left, we discovered that the garage floor was uneven. We have video documentation of the condition. At no point before, during, or after the work did the company advise us that the floor was uneven or that it should be addressed prior to epoxy application. As professionals, they should have disclosed this and given us the option to correct it before moving forward. When we raised our concerns, the company refused to take responsibility. Instead, they insisted we would need to pay even more money to fix the uneven floor. When we spoke by phone with their representative, she blamed us for the issue, refused to help, and ultimately hung up on us. In addition, this company only accepts Zelle, check, or cash payments. They do not accept credit card payments, which prevents customers from having the protection of disputing charges if issues arise. This further places consumers at a disadvantage when dealing with their refusal to correct poor workmanship. We paid nearly $1,500 for work that did not meet a basic standard of quality, and the company has refused to correct the problem without additional payment. This reflects a lack of professionalism and accountability.
