We find it odd that people are complaining about this park. Not only is it the best park in the area, but rver's must realize that for the price you are close to Houston for business or entertainment, and close to the coast for fun. We have traveled the US extensively and a laundry, exercise room, pool, meeting/party room, showers, & BBQ areas are certainly not always available like they are here. We have also been parked around people with children and have seen children at the pool and don't see the problems people mention. There are rules at ALL rv parks, and the management is here to enforce them. Jan/Keith/Becky/Darlene all do a great job keeping this place a friendly, safe, clean place to come to. The lots are small, yes. But it's right off the highway outside of Houston.. everything is congested in this area. VERY conveniently located to a large amount of restaurants and shopping plazas either way you go down the highway.. and an Heb (which was a big score for us) This RV park has a fitness room with a decent amount of things and also a 'family room' with a pool table, ping pong table and a few other things that would be great to bring the kids to. Pool was VERY clean and was highly impressed with the cozy area they had set up around. I did not attempt wifi so I can't speak for that. Cable was good- got a good variety of channels including Disney, Nick, MTV, E!, etc. Overall, this place was pretty decent- I think some people (including myself) only come on here to spout about negative and we need to remember the positive, also! Great value for the money.

They're vindictive all kinds of extra charges on your bill every month and everywhere. I was very displeased. I had to move my RV after three months because I just didn't feel comfortable there after having to move my trailer being told I wouldn't be charged $75 and I had a three months rent on it on my account and it just got Guilford $60 here and none of it showed up anywhere on the invoice. I got an invoice that said 155 for the last months rent after about $300 got taken off of it with the moving expenses, I had to move my trailer from next-door to the maintenance guy because he just didn't like me or like the way I opened my door and closed it because it was broken waiting on parts. I think he was a little bit obsessive, but that wasn't my problem. I kind of feel like the lady in the office knew my personality and should've moved me in another spot except next to him and then I had to pay $75 to move it and then $300 to move it down to Alvin after I just been there three months and I had $155 in my second month payment and then when my third month came, there was only $95 on there you know I just went and there was no explanation for it on the bill $10 and to park my guest and guest parking even if they didn't stay overnight walk up to my people coming and ask him if they're here to do work to my trailer and my cousins came over here. I mean it's just it's very unprofessional and very unethical to take somebody's money when you tell them they're not gonna charge him $75 to move their trailer down to another slip because of mistake was made putting them next-door to the obsessive-compulsive maintenance guy. I haven't even begun to call the corporate office yet because I'm still so angry about it but I will get my money back and then took my entire deposit. My life bill was never over $95. I had $150 deposit they gave me $16 back so we did all that money go cause I cleaned the slip before I left with the water hose and when it wasn't clean when I moved in the second one, it was filthy just very unprofessional someone in the office when someone is being humble and moving it after they shouldn't have to they should be a little bit kinder and keep their word of not charging $75 they promised not to charge. I would just definitely think twice about moving there and someone told me not to post this about trailer places that I can get black ball from you know certain parts if I post something that's bad I don't care what they did was wrong that was my first home by myself after my children growing up and my mom going to assisted living soon that was my first home by myself and then they just ruined it for me.

The teacher there kept playing it off that my baby was playing by a near by trash cans when I just seen my baby the door. Then they try blaming it on the janitor that they threw it away by accident. They try to give me next week half off but yet they didn't care about her. On her 2 week of going there to the day care I understand my kid didn't wanted to share chairs but this kid has no reason to bite my baby. I picked my baby up and had a bite mark and they never called to make an incident report. They stated that my baby didn't cry which I believe it was a LIE as well because my baby had that bite mark for 4 days in a row there no way my kid was just standing there looking stupid with out saying anything and letting a kid bite her that hard. After I talked to the owner he said something to them but yet the next day THEY were trying sit her away from ALL THE LITTLE KIDS and I kept looking at the live Camara and called it in they said supposedly she was hitting kids which she doesn't do that, she pats them that's her way of letting kids know she's talking to them because she doesn't know their name or can't even say it. They lady said "so you want me to call every 15 min" I had told her my schedule was flexible and if there was ANY ISSUES TO CALL ME and they never did I kept looking at the camaras and my baby was just standing up and sitting repeating but not hitting any kids. Not just that but I can keep going on about her dippers/wipes and her food as well. After I called in to drop her out of her class because she's never coming back they kept trying to charge me 265 every week which kept adding up to estimating 1,180 which I didn't pay because she didn't kept going, I should of really filed a police report for all of this but I was being too nice and gave too many chances..... like I mention DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE
