The park had red wasps in the power meters, wifi never worked, manager woukd bother guests in…read morebathroom saying they were hitting walls, toilets were often clogged up, bathrooms were humid and moldy without adequate air conditioning, potholes in back of park, club room TV did not work nor did kitchen work, trash was constantly overflowing, and the manager Amir was rude and deceitful. The rain would flood the back of the park and sewage would come out of the sewer system flowing over the lots and driveway. We developed an ant infestation and had to fog our home. The ants came in due to wet conditions outside and high water in the park. At least one neighbor was a police officer and local police were ridiculously strict. My car was illegally searched at a local store while working for a gig company. I hadn't done anything. My pants were pulled down in front of my kids and in bread daylight in front a restaurant. The police in the area cater to the rich and oppress the people. Don't expect them to be helpful if you have issues with management here. Other guests often left a lot of trash and furniture on the lawn outside around the park. There was frequent noise due to very close proximity to the freeway and feeder road. Motorcycles and vehicles with modified exhaust would often speed past the park loudly. I paid in advance for rent and utilities each month. We were quiet guests who never bothered anyone or caused trouble. I rarely even went outside because I mostly work from home. The manager disconnected my power cable without telling me when the heat returned after Hurricane Beryl. He told me my car belonged in the trash when I told him the power meters needed repair because they were open to rain and shorting out could result. I told him not to disconnect my power without telling me and giving me advance notice unless it was an emergency. He blamed me for the power outage in my row after Hurricane Beryl. The following morning, he demanded more money after I had paid three weeks prior for the month in full in advance. I told him we were moving out. I cannot compromise with someone who engages in illegal utility cutoff and demands more money after paying in full and he could not break contract as my receipt showed paid in full. He called 911 and lied to them saying I threatened him when I told him I would report him to the BBB. I recorded both of my interactions with him. The police came in large numbers. We left the park to avoid being swatted or bothered after just a few months there. I spent almost two weeks boondocking in a parking lot and had to take out a loan to cover emergency relocation cost. My son is heat sensitive. I have autism and so do both of my children. I am a sexual assault and domestic violence survivor. My son is a survivor of special crime. We came to park for peace and the manager did not care. He got angry were were recording and expressed concern about his reputation rather than making things right with our family. Amir also works at Summer Breeze Kemah Rv Resort in San Leon, Texas. You should avoid this man if at all possible. He likes to wear a yellow shirt, has long black hair, and vines tattooed around his arm. He is Middle Eastern. He blamed his maintenance man Daryl for the utility disconnect, but the fault rests with him as the manager. I reported him for maintenance concerns to the power company citing safety risks and damaged power meters thriughout the property. They sent a site inspector. Since then, he has been begging people to leave positive reviews. The positives are some neighbors are nice though you have rich and pretensious people coming through the park as well, location close to Walmart and fast food, alligators, turtles, and large fish in the ditch which you can feed from the bridge, on site washers and dryers accessible 24/7, air conditioner club room though there are no amenities in it, and six private showers though the toilets are often clogged. The lots were very narrow and rvs were close together. It was very difficult for guests to get a truck or bigger RV in and out of the park. When I move to a place, my expectations are low: do not bother me at home, give me what I pay for, and don't cause me any problems. I am a low-maintenance guest on a retirement income. Having my electricity cut off without warning made me very angry as 2 of the 3 of us have pre-existing medical conditions. Record all encounters with staff here. Have a camera to monitor your property and power meter. I had a long time to cool down after my initial review. This review is being left months after leaving.

Getting information out of her was like pulling teeth. It's like the moment we walked in she saw the color of my skin and was immediately turned off and determined to give us a hard time and show us we were NOT welcomed. You're running off potential customers but I'm glad I witnessed it now rather than later after they took my money. Please hire friendly front desk staff because this poor woman looked MISERABLE AND BITTER and couldn't crack a smile if her life depended on it. She's lucky I am professional because the next person is gonna let her have it!

But one day I decided to just go for it and if I needed to run, I had on my best running shoes. Well, I've been coming for a month now and I haven't seen not one snake. Take the hike. You will be happy you did. It's super peaceful. It's our favorite park. Lots of running room for my pup. There are deers there, she loves to chase them, but keep in mind they are there.

Literally on her 3 day of being there I seen her bracelet was gone after I picked her up. I asked to look at the cameras again and they said no which we have access on our phone to look at the live Camaras. I talked to the owner and he let me see it and it showed my baby went in the diaper room and when she came out she didn't had her bracelet anymore. The teacher there kept playing it off that my baby was playing by a near by trash cans when I just seen my baby the door. Then they try blaming it on the janitor that they threw it away by accident. They try to give me next week half off but yet they didn't care about her. On her 2 week of going there to the day care I understand my kid didn't wanted to share chairs but this kid has no reason to bite my baby. I picked my baby up and had a bite mark and they never called to make an incident report. They stated that my baby didn't cry which I believe it was a LIE as well because my baby had that bite mark for 4 days in a row there no way my kid was just standing there looking stupid with out saying anything and letting a kid bite her that hard. After I talked to the owner he said something to them but yet the next day THEY were trying sit her away from ALL THE LITTLE KIDS and I kept looking at the live Camara and called it in they said supposedly she was hitting kids which she doesn't do that, she pats them that's her way of letting kids know she's talking to them because she doesn't know their name or can't even say it. They lady said "so you want me to call every 15 min" I had told her my schedule was flexible and if there was ANY ISSUES TO CALL ME and they never did I kept looking at the camaras and my baby was just standing up and sitting repeating but not hitting any kids. Not just that but I can keep going on about her dippers/wipes and her food as well. After I called in to drop her out of her class because she's never coming back they kept trying to charge me 265 every week which kept adding up to estimating 1,180 which I didn't pay because she didn't kept going, I should of really filed a police report for all of this but I was being too nice and gave too many chances..... like I mention DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE
