I initially thought it was a Korean bbq because of the usual air vents above the tables, but it is not!! We were told it was their launch night and $49 for all you can eat buffet, including Wagyu (my favorite) and seafood. A little more than we were looking to spend but the place looked new and we saw the meat and could not resist. Letz Grill is not Korean, or is it specifically Vietnamese. It's a fusion of the two.. there was Kimchi and Rice paper wraps and gave a great mix of options to eat. Of course we went straight for the Wagyu! Which we were told was 9+ grading. Either way, it was delicious . We had our charcoal grill loaded with Wagyu and huge prawns. They offered us a bowl of complimentary Pho which we accepted. A good size (not too big, save room for Wagyu) and it was extremely tasty. It was made with Wagyu brisket. So good, some went for a second bowl. We were so full, struggled to walk out. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary in Bankstown, go to Letz Grill. You and your tastebuds will thank me for it. Amazing food, new clean restaurant, happy helpful staff and good value. I'll be back. Hopefully they will be licensed. I was told they are waiting for their liquor license, lucky there is a bottle shop across the road. Gotta have a few beers with a Wagyu buffet.

My Sweet Boutique ( MSB ) is one of Sydney's hottest food trucks and it specialises in waffles. They open to the public Wednesday - Sunday and serve across from the Enmore Park. The Food Truck is beautifully decorated by lots of nice food isms and the whole truck screams Instagram so you better be prepared to # and snap to your hearts content and that's before and of the glorious food is even served. The Waffles come in 6 variations of flavours some of which include the 2204 and Enmore Road. The flavours favour from the flavouring sauces and fruit and nut content. The option is for it to come in a slider ($6) slab ($9) or in a mason jar ($12). Of course everyone wants the jar because it's more fun. The jar I got was 2204 which offered a combination of ice cream, smashed waffles, banana, popcorn and salted Caramel. The presentation is absolutely amazing here and it's almost a crime to eat out of something that looks that good but just try and resist. The jar comes with the option of a lid too which is cute if you want to keep the jar and try DIY job on it later. Also on offer here is the famous Nutella names Jars. So basically you get a personalised jar stacked with waffles and cream on the top and inside gorgeous Nutella and ice cream on the inside. It's an absolute must for anyone that wants to show off to their friends. The staff are extremely friendly and happy to assist you with recommendations on the best selections. Then I had the Spicy Beef Brisket Noodle Soup for main. It was the right amount of spice, the beef was tender and full of flavour. I also had some Pan Fried Pork Dumplings and Pork and Chive Dumplings as side dishes to share. They were average. Suffice to say I had better. I may not be a fan, but that's not to say that I won't come back, because their Spicy Beef Brisket Noodle Soup is worth coming back to!
