The heating system is very old and we lost heat 5 times in the winter of 08!! NY is really cold in winter and it happen to be below 0 twice when we had no heat! On top of it all it would take them forever to get there and fix it. I think that this is a problem in alot of the units because at one time there were 3 apartments with no heat that they were working on one of them being mine! Just another absentee landlord! Not very good apartments I believe that is why he is selling them.
