He quoted me a price…read morefor mowing, trimming, edging, clearing out all the shrubs and creeping plants along the fence in the front and back and hauling away junk in the backyard (some of these pieces were large). He was paid in advance for the job. He did a great job of mowing and edging in the front but did not pick up any of the shrubs and grass clippings. He cut back some of the overgrown shrubs and greenery in the back. He worked for 3-1/2 hours then left at 12:30 to say he was going to empty the trailer and would be back in an hour (the dump is 20 minutes from here). I called several times to see where he was and he kept saying he was stuck in traffic. He finally showed up at 5:50 pm and worked for about an hour clearing out the metal and wooden pieces in the back. He did not return to remove the shrubbery or all the grass and shrub clippings or finish the back. I thought his price was really high, his lawn care was excellent, but am disappointed that he bailed out on me and didn't finish. (He was always polite and respectful and I wish I could have given him a better review.)

My needs were very carefully explained before the quotation. On the day of the job I had an urgent medical appointment and could only be there for the arrival of the crew. I once again explained what I had paid for and what I expected. When I returned home a couple of hours later they were gone, and only half the work done. I immediately emailed John but to this day have had no reply. Earlier this evening a gust of wind sent one of the dead limbs I'd paid to have removed crashing into my house and front lawn, luckily only causing minor damage to my guttering and ruining my brand new plants in the front beds. My children had been running around on that lawn minutes earlier and I dread to think what could have happened had I not called them inside. Your poor business practices could have severely injured or killed somebody tonight John. I know money is important, I know small businesses have a hard time competing and that's why I chose you to do this work for me. Please take your responsibilities more seriously, people are relying on you for their safety. Thanks.

I have a 3 bedroom townhome, 2.5+ baths, about 1700 sq feet. I felt the price they quoted me was very reasonable and cheaper than most well known companies. Knowing this, it made it all the better that the team that came and cleaned my house was on time and cleaned better than the franchise owned company I used to have clean for me. It was little things that made me noticed the pride they had for the business to have a good reputation. Examples of this were, they remade our beds very nicely, I saw them scrubbing the grate of my kitchen sink very carefully and throughly (which is a major pain!), they cleaned and wiped down all the surfaces of my stairs including the risers. My house also didn't smell like bleach when they were done. They took extreme care to clean like someone was watching, even though I was barely around. There was even a time when one of them was wiping down a counter and made it a point to let me know that there was a wedding ring on the counter and she was going to move it to another spot (she showed me where), just to make sure I knew there was something valuable out and she wanted to make sure I knew where it was. I had literally no complaints with what they did, I was 100% happy, I found nothing left "undone". Totally recommend them!
