Initially, I understood it to be one adult per room (the website says you must be 18 to book a room, and she would be 18 at the time of trip). After reserving her spot, I was told that the rule requires someone over 30 to accompany a student in each room. If that is indeed the rule, they should never have accepted my deposit for her. At the very least, they should acknowledge their poor communication and refund my money. I'd rather lose the $175 than experience what other travelers did with this company. What a scam.
