Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE. I won't be going back and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know just…read morehow unprofessional the manager was!. I brought my food back in for a refund because the complete order was done wrong. NOT TO MENTION, when I called to place my order, the manager was snappy and told me to order online, so we did just that. The order was made completely wrong and when I went to call back she had turned off the phones so we had to drive into the store to do a return. I waited a good 10 minutes before she even bothered to talk acknowledge me. The restaurant had a whole two tables and I was told on the phone they were too busy to take my order over the phone but she was doing absolutely nothing when I showed up to refund my order. the manager was foul and nasty the whole time Dealing with her. She told me it would take 24hrs to give me a refund. And she had a disgusting attitude. I've  worked service industry lots so I understand how it works and how unprofessional the whole interaction was - i then snapped back at her and said if she had time to stand there and do nothing she had time to answer her effin phones and I left. The manager then called me SCREAMING and yelling about 3 minutes after I left the store , so unbelievable unprofessional I'm so taken back. ( I recorded her but unfortunately I cannot upload on here). Saying things like "she was older than me and knows more ( I giggled @ such an irrelevant comment)  & how we ate half of the order (I told her at the counter that the only thing we ate was the sandwich we had ordered - everything else was in the bag) she was mad she refunded me the sandwich back with the rest of the $65 order. I've never Incounterd such a vile person who managed a resurant and calls customers screaming at them. Not to mention, The veggie sticks were mushie, our wings slimy when u bit into them and also made wrong. I feel so bad for the one  poor server she had working, he looked as if he was working his tail off while she stood there !!.  I honestly hope that if this is how she plans on operating her business, that they get shut down.. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Visited this location with family ranging from 4 yr old to 68. Asked to be seated in the sports bar…read moresection, told nothing available in the section while looking at several empty booth's and a few long tables that would easily have seated our group. So perhaps no wait staff on that side for a group our size. But certainly not a table Issue. Sat in a booth by a hostess on the dining room side. And then ignored for 10+ minutes. An apology for not getting to us sooner and or order was taken. They did not appear to be super busy. A few tables occupied and at least 4 wait staff on shift. Our meals arrived in groups of one or two plates. A cheeseburger that our granddaughter could bite through because it was hard as a rock. This was resolved by the waitress bringing a fresh bun to the table in her hand and suggesting we just move the pattie to the new bun and she should be able to eat it that way. My wife revived her meal minus the side she ordered which never did show up any where except on the bill. They completely missed the meal ordered by our grandson. And was brought out 10 minutes or so after everyone else began eating. I submitted this information to management when I got home. They replied they will use my feedback as a means to train staff and improve service. Offered. Gift card for our next visit. I replied that was very unlikely to be used based on this experience I would definitely stay away from this BP unless you can tolerate terrible service and unhygienic customer service Update to the below reply by Bostonpizza. My first point of contact was the method outlined and resulted in a message from the local manager suggesting he would review my comments with staff as a training opportunity and offered a credit in my next visit. I said that I would most likely not be a return customer so the offer of a credit was if no value to me. .

This is a KFC/Taco Bell combo eatery, and I found it dreadful…read more First, there are no tables with detached chairs. All the options are those tight table and chair combos that no one likes to sit in. Second, their staff was entirely wrapped up in themselves instead of being fully available to the people who keep them in business, few as they may be. It's almost as if the customers were intrusions into their busy lives. Third, the Taco Bell portion of their menu was decidedly limited and hard to follow. While I recognize Taco Bell is not the epitome of good Mexican food, I have to admit that their US restaurants do feature items I actually enjoy. Sadly, most of those items do not appear to be available at this location, and when they are, they're dreadful. The hard shells for tacos tasted as if their shelf-life had expired six months earlier. If you're visiting Saint John from a location where you're used to somewhat decent Taco Bells, save yourself some grief and eat at one of the other two--and much better--Mexican offerings in town.
