We had been getting pizza down the road and decided we would change it up. We are glad we did! This was the best pizza in Oromocto BY FAR. Their neighbours claim that their pizza is the best in town, it's dog water compared to Giseles amazing flavour! Thank you for opening this location so close to home :)

New location on the North side of Fredericton, had to give it a try. Most importantly, the food. We…read moregot a combo that was 12" works pizza, 9" garlic finger, and 12 chicken wings. I wouldn't normally get wings from a pizza place, but sure why not give it a shot. They were ok, would stand with most breaded baked wings, I'm guessing they're not local made but rather frozen item heated up? The garlic fingers were also ok. There's not much to garlic fingers so if you're skimpy on the cheese as these were then you're not going to get rave reviews for that. Need some improvement there. The pizza was great though. Thinner crust and real pieces of bacon, was pleased with the pie. Service was A+, the girl at the counter was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Location is a bit odd, visually outside not really appealing in the dated strip building shared with a plumbing company. Inside the kitchen is open and is very tidy, clean, and organized looking (appealing!). Assuming dine-in isn't their key business I wouldn't expect much, but it's pretty tiny and seems like an after thought. I would think just a tiny design effort could make it a more appealing place to be or eat. I'll definitely give this place another visit at some point.

I brought my food back in for a refund because the complete order was done wrong. NOT TO MENTION, when I called to place my order, the manager was snappy and told me to order online, so we did just that. The order was made completely wrong and when I went to call back she had turned off the phones so we had to drive into the store to do a return. I waited a good 10 minutes before she even bothered to talk acknowledge me. The restaurant had a whole two tables and I was told on the phone they were too busy to take my order over the phone but she was doing absolutely nothing when I showed up to refund my order. the manager was foul and nasty the whole time Dealing with her. She told me it would take 24hrs to give me a refund. And she had a disgusting attitude. I've  worked service industry lots so I understand how it works and how unprofessional the whole interaction was - i then snapped back at her and said if she had time to stand there and do nothing she had time to answer her effin phones and I left. The manager then called me SCREAMING and yelling about 3 minutes after I left the store , so unbelievable unprofessional I'm so taken back. ( I recorded her but unfortunately I cannot upload on here). Saying things like "she was older than me and knows more ( I giggled @ such an irrelevant comment)  & how we ate half of the order (I told her at the counter that the only thing we ate was the sandwich we had ordered - everything else was in the bag) she was mad she refunded me the sandwich back with the rest of the $65 order. I've never Incounterd such a vile person who managed a resurant and calls customers screaming at them. Not to mention, The veggie sticks were mushie, our wings slimy when u bit into them and also made wrong. I feel so bad for the one  poor server she had working, he looked as if he was working his tail off while she stood there !!.  I honestly hope that if this is how she plans on operating her business, that they get shut down.. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE.
