Apparently, they do not accept appointments by phone; instead only people with smart phones and the internet can access care here. And yes, some people do exist who don't have those things. Anyway, the woman on the phone said the online scheduling was necessary to prevent people with COVID from entering the office. If we are still trembling in fear of a scam-demic then at this point I don't know what to say. I bet these are the type of tyrants who probably refused to treat the filthy unvaccinated at one point. The woman on the phone was absolutely belligerent and hung up on me. Thinks not the only podiatry office in Johnstown so I'll be taking my business elsewhere. If you are elderly or disabled and cannot make an appointment electronically, find a more compassionate doctor who is willing to be more accessible to you.

He always returned our calls promptly and when we finally were able to go in for a visit, there was no waiting for hours in the waiting room. He was so friendly and encouraging and took care of the problem lickety split. Any future foot problems, we know where we will go and we will definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a podiatrist.
