He always returned our calls promptly and when we finally were able to go in for a visit, there was no waiting for hours in the waiting room. He was so friendly and encouraging and took care of the problem lickety split. Performing a procedure that required numbing my toe first but she refused because "I don't have time." She couldn't care less about me writhing in pain while she cut away at the nail. Then she just left. No follow up info or even a lousy bandaid. I can't speak for her husband but I would never go near that place again. Staff was rude to elderly patients as well.
