ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY! I made the unfortunate mistake of trusting her and letting her do a minior…read moretendon release and ended up with my toe becoming infected which I am still going through because she had to subsequently prescribe antibiotics for infection which was caused by her. Then I went to my orthopedic surgeon to be casted for a new AFO which I have done every 4 years.I told her at next appointment and the unprofessional things that came out of her mouth that I will be contacting the state board because it was not just unprofessional it may end up in an amputation because she said I no longer needed the antibiotics andjust said to make an appointment if it got worse which it did snd she obviously knew it would and obviously had no plans on seeing me again which she said nothing about until yesterday when I called to make an appointment because of it being worse then was told that she no longer would see me because I went to an orthopedic surgeon which is a completely different expertise for an AFO and to go to them or the ER if I had an issue in a very rude way and then was hung up on. I talked to my insurance company and they said thiat they didn't even understand her reasoning because it would have no affect on payment. THIS IS ONLY BECAUSE IT WOULD AFFECT HER MONEY SINCE ANOTHER DOCTOR WOULD BE ORDERING THE AFO FOR A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ISSUE BUT MOSTLY BECAUSE I KNOW SHE KNEW THAT ANY OTHER DOCTOR WOULD TELL ME THAT THIS INFECTION AND EVERYTHING ELSE IS ALL BECAUSE OF HER INCOMPETENT WORK, WHICH THEY DID! Hey Cherrie, yout hippocratic oath of all doctors is FIRST DO NO HARM! Not MONEY FIRST, CARE LAST!

I appreciate their professionalism and honesty when dealing with foot issues. Anita, Dr…read more Montgomery's receptionist and right hand gets things done and really knows her stuff when it comes getting insurances approvals, surgeries set up etc.

I was referred to Dr. Montgomery after an X-ray of my foot revealed some irregularities. I have…read morebeen running for 10 months without any pain, but was told that I shouldn't put any weight on my foot. I was told that I should be on crutches and Dr. Montgomery would see me as soon as he returned from vacation. When I called to confirm the appointment, the receptionist told me that they would be working through lunch for me. When I showed up to the appointment time that they had selected, the doctor was not present. The receptionist explained that they took longer at lunch than expected. She proceeded to tell me that she was working an 11-hour day. After 20 minutes of waiting for Dr. Montgomery to return to the office, I expressed my displeasure to the receptionist who told me that she would not allow her adult sons to speak to her in the fashion that I was and that she was trying to maintain professional conduct. Apparently, complaining about the length of her work day and comparing me to her children counted as professional conduct. At that point, I asked her to please refund my copay. She explained that they were "not hurting for clients" and that she had never had to give a refund before. At no point did I receive an apology for the lateness of the doctor or the rudeness of his receptionist.
