This man came in saying he was qualified to do sheetrock repair where a tree had fell on the roof…read moreand we had lots of damage there was also the roof to be repaired which he brought somebody else in on they never finished the job and took advantage of the 70-year-old man with the beginning of Alzheimer's to get all the money out of him before the job was finished needless to say they never finished the job they kept saying they were going to so we let them do some work on the bathroom which was very small and needed to totally remodeled he left us with a brand new tub that won't hold water sheet rock dust all over everything, screws that have not been mudded or sanded seams of the sheetrock are so offset that there's no way to fix it rather than tearing everything out and starting over he just does not know what he's doing I can float out sheetrock I can hang sheetrock mud sheetrock and hand and float it out and he kept telling me because I knew construction finished. I left the bad review he notified my husband today that the remaining balance of $900 is due and it's not paid within 6 months he will see the lean against the property yet he hasn't even finished the job. I would not hire this man again and I recommend that no one else has him because he is inexperienced he has two 21 and 23 year old boys that he leaves on the job by their self and they don't know what they're doing any better than he does and he does. Oh and I forgot to mention the toilet moved from side to side it wasn't fastened down. Everyday he would tell us he would be through the next day and I would tell him there's no way you have too much to do and I would show him the repairs that he did not do right and tell him to do the rest of them right or it was not going to fly with me he ignored me so when he said the job was finished and I said no they're screws up there that haven't even been mudded you still haven't caulked the windows I pointed out to you and you said you would fix . Before he went to Lowe's I showed him that I had the bathroom faucet and a touch toe stopper for the brand new tub he said okay when he came back he had a whole faucet pack he didn't put in the strainer he didn't put in the stopper although we asked him repeatedly to he doesn't listen to his clients his customers he doesn't really care what they say and he gives you a Pity poor story about being from Haitian they're starving over there and he has nothing be careful he'll bring other people in and make money off of their money

My husband and I tried to save a few dollars and it ended up costing us not only more money but also a lot of mental anguish. Then came two angels from Salt & Pepper construction-Nadav and Nathan! From the very first moment, we felt a real connection and a sense of ease. We add an additional floor to the house and it was definitely not an easy project but they handled every part of it professionally and with so much care. They added their own unique touch, guided us through the design and helped bring our vision to life. Our new master suite feels like a luxurious hotel room! Climbing the old chairs we had was uncomfortable and overall uninviting. I reached out to Carlos with Zorcon and gave him the general idea of this fairly small project. Carlos is a good communicator, friendly, and most importantly, he makes sure you're happy! I really appreciate that about him. He and his crew handled this project well, even with the bumps in the road, and made sure all my desired details were put in place such as extra electrical outlets. If I had to gripe about anything, it's that I believe he and his crew would benefit from slowing down a bit to really ensure the quality of work is good the first time--and also ensure they're prepared with needed tools and materials to minimize all the trips to Home Depot and such. I did have to call them back at least twice to fix the drywall and fix a leak under the sink that I think could have been avoided with proper work lights to see details of drywall work better and such. However, despite that, I am happy! We love the island's new design. It's so comfortable and inviting now thanks to them. I enjoyed Carlos' attitude, honesty, as well as his friendly crew. I hope you're doing well, Carlos!

DO NOT HIRE A&A SKYLINE CONSTRUCTION. I am posting this…read morebased on our direct experience with this company throughout 2026 and the substantial financial loss and frustration we have experienced. We retained A&A Skyline Construction as the general contractor for work on our property in St. Petersburg, Florida. We also retained the company for roof repairs on our commercial building in St. Augustine. The individual who represented himself to us as "Jay" repeatedly insisted that we needed to wire money immediately so that work could begin. In total, we sent upwards of $40,000 toward projects and work that was never started. Jay made numerous representations about work and professionals that were supposedly being arranged. He told us that he had paid an architect and that licensed HVAC professionals had been paid to come out and perform work. Neither occurred as represented. He also told us that permitting fees had been paid, only for us to later discover that they had not been paid. Jay also insisted that we use his electrician. When we met with the electrician, we had serious concerns about his knowledge and the representations he was making to us. When we asked Jay if we could use a different electrician, he refused. The St. Augustine roofing project was another major problem. We paid $10,000 specifically toward the roof repairs, yet no roofing work was ever performed. Jay also represented that he had obtained a roofing permit for the St. Augustine property. The document provided to us as a permit raised serious concerns. Among other things, it spelled "St. Augustine" as "St Augusteen." We subsequently had concerns about whether this was a legitimate permit and whether the permitting information represented to us was accurate. Anyone hiring a contractor should independently verify permits directly with the applicable building department. We eventually retained an attorney in St. Petersburg and filed suit. A judge has now entered a judgment in our favor. We are currently trying to recover the money that we paid. We have already spent more than $5,000 in attorney's fees pursuing the case, and we are now faced with potentially having to retain another law firm that specializes in judgment recovery in an effort to collect the money that we are owed. The person we knew as "Jay" was later identified through public records as Bharatkoemar Ramessar. Amrita Ramessar is the licensed contractor associated with the business, and Sanjay Ramessar was also involved. This has been an extremely costly and frustrating experience. We trusted this contractor to manage our projects professionally, paid substantial amounts of money in advance, and were left with work that was never started and a judgment that we are now having to spend additional money to enforce. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR.
