They sent a large in the champion jacket on September 28th so I called to see how to return it. When I called the person I spoke to said that the other half of the order was canceled due to it being out of stock at the warehouse and my money would be returned. They returned the money to my account. Then yesterday I received an email stating that they shipped the nike air hoodie. So they pulled money from my account when the item was canceled. So they pulled money from my account with authorization. When I called terrible costumer service I spoke with this one lady and she had a terrible attitude. She called me a liar and hung up in my face.

Another bad experience.... I noticed some of the people who work at this location have friends…read moreand/or family who come at certain times of the day. It is the same people, no matter what day of the week I stop by. Apparently, Salvation Army workers of this location "conveniently" bring out the "good stuff" for their family and/or friends. I think their family/friends are reselling the items at the local flea markets or Craigslist/Ebay, because it is no way they need 30 pairs of shoes in one shopping outing!!! I promise you, this is NO EXAGGERATION!!! 30 pairs of shoes conveniently handed over to a certain customer is NOT FAIR! Even though I had some negative experiences at this location, I really do still shop here at least a couple times a month. Most times, I walk out empty-handed, but there are those times when I find a TREASURE FOR ME or WISH I HAD SOMEONE TO BUY THE TREASURE FOR!!! See my updated photos.... I have finally figured out the end of the month and first of the month is the best time to find great furniture items. I guess this is when most people are in the process of moving... Additionally, I have found an occasional "pearl" hidden in the "sand" of most all of their departments... This is not the best of the thrift stores, but it is worth a drive by to see what is inside...

But I ventured back this week & was pleasantly surprised to see the remodeled again! The women's section has been rightly restored to the most expansive part of the store! They are arranging the clothing by color! Every aisle is wider.....carts & butts do not compete for space! The entire store seemed super clean & organized in every department! The floor help was friendly & available! The only faults are the sometimes vastly overpriced items.....a tiny lil vase with one tiny lil artificial flower for $6.99?????? And the loooong checkout lines. But the day I went summer was already 50% off so WIN!!! If you haven't been here in awhile, please have a look. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!!

Stopped in to shop the Kohls Sephora Presidents' Day sale! I was able to find two of the fragrances…read moreI was looking for! The sales associate was so kind and patient with me. Went to the back to check stock twice. Gave great recommendations!! Upon check out I went hunting for my partner, who to both of our surprises found some great under armor golf shirts! He's a 2x tall so finding these in store is hard!! We quickly snatched up 6 and got $50 kohls cash!! I will be back sometime this week to pick up another shirt! Store felts a bit picked over. But I'm assuming it was due to a rush from the long holiday weekend.
