Our furball came to be ours via Springfield Vets and their Groodles Australia project. After such a seamless process when we bought him 8 months ago and in need of a vet that understands Groodles, it was back to this vet, for a second opinion on an ongoing ear issue. Their team are friendly, personable and nothing is too much trouble to explain. They'll explain each thing step by step. Case in point? Upon picking up the furball after a small ear procedure we were shown a video of their discovery journey down his ears. The team at both the clinic and the hospital have taken exceptional care of my Rottweiler, Theia, for the past 5 years. Through regular check ups or her numerous surgeries, our dog is always keen to visit the vet and the staff. You don't get much better than this vet. They treat all humans and animals with kindness and care. I would not take any of my animals anywhere but here as they are also considerate of financial issues and non judgemental. Seriously awesome. read more
