10y customer here Shari Harris. I want to express my gratitude to Elko Nv Manager Morgan Brown & Asst Melia Jewatt. They went up and beyond to help us!! Our youngest daughter had passed & I was get things confused with all our accounts. They first cared about my grief and took me in their office. That is above and beyond their duty. They simply are the best!! We also bank 40 + yrs with US bank & thinking now to move those savings and 3 accts to GNCU. This review is late by 6 weeks as needed time to grieve. Alexia was very professional and helpful. I've always been treated well by the staff but she was extra nice. I use the Elko branch and I have always had good experiences. I don't like some of their policies regarding their debit card but we work through those, they're not horrible. read more

worst customer service i've ever gotten. they saw us walk in & didn't greet or interact with us but whenever someone else walked in they were welcomed in right away. I went in for a notary & the girls seemed dumbfounded, so I had to go to the city hall & the ladies their were very helpful & did notify me that the ladies could have easily notarized the paper i needed. do better. read more

Worst credit union ever and worst customer service ... They are useless! When I have to talk to these people over the phone they can pull up my account but if I don't answer all the stupid questions they ask they can't help me at all ... so stupid read more
