I will actually give you my business because you have communicated your expectations and limitations to the public. However when I called at 11 to give a phone order, the outgoing message on the voicemail announced that they would be closed on July 4th. It's the 24th of August, they have not updated their outgoing message in more than 6 weeks. The outgoing message also stated that their hours on Saturday were until noon and to please leave a message. I left my name and my phone number... figuring that if the call went to voicemail, they were probably busy. I then proceeded to call every 5 to 7 minutes for the next half hour. I left a second message stating that I still wanted to order flowers, at 10 till 12. Not only did they never answer their phone, they never returned my call. If you think you'd like to do business with this shop by walking in... Good Luck. However my phone experience with them tells me that they don't want to do business with you if you're not local

Asked for something in a price range, gave the occasion and some info about the recipient, and on the day of delivery, I received a photo and delivery notice. I have to say this: the flowers and arrangement were spectacular! The container was perfect (corrugated tin, for a gentleman), the arrangement was anything but typical, bottom line -- GORGEOUS! I could not be happier with the final product, and will definitely order again next time I need to send flowers in the area. You won't be disappointed. The shop itself is extremely cute and Joanne is full of great energy and ideas. I came to her with very little ideas for my wedding and she somehow came up with a dream vision that she executed perfectly. The bouquets were so fun, pretty and unique as well as my centerpieces. I asked her to decorate a metal arbor for my ceremony and she completely transformed it. All of my guests were raving about how pretty the flowers were. Not only is she great at designing floral arrangements, but she went way above and beyond for me by helping hold the back of my dress as I was walking around before the ceremony, as well as asking if there were any other last minute things that I needed done. She truly is amazing. An extra bonus is that she is VERY reasonably priced as well.

After a couple of weeks, my sister asked me if we received the plant. We did not. My sister called her florist in Racine, who arranged the delivery through Jodi's Floral in Elkhorn. The florist in Racine had already been charged for it. The Racine florist attempted to call Jodi's, but no one answered. Messages were left for Jodi and no call backs were received. I never got the plant, and the money was finally refunded back to the original florist and ultimately, my sister, once the Racine florist filed a complaint with the FTD. DO not do business with this florist. I am just thankful that we didn't have to use Jodi's for the actual funeral as we would not have gotten the flowers for the service!!

Their flowers are beautiful. I get a bouquet every year for Valentine's Day. This year, I was feeling under the weather, was leaving work early when my boyfriend said the delivery window was 8-5. I called FFD and spoke with a staff member who let me know we couldn't reroute the delivery but they would make me a new bouquet to pick up. The staff member was so patient as I had almost completely lost my voice. I showed up to their shop with my mask on and a barely audible hello. They knew exactly who I was and got my package ready for me. I love that they partner with other small businesses to create fun bundles. The candle accompanying the flowers smelled amazing and the chocolates were delicious. Over a week later and the flowers look just as good as on day one! They also have fun workshops to build your own bouquets and seasonal wreaths. Highly recommend them as a quality, ethical florist.

Kaylee was so helpful and always willing to mock up new ideas with me and that was always appreciated. The process was amazing from the very beginning and all our florals looked STUNNING. My bridal bouquet was so gorgeous and she took every detail I gave her to make it how I wanted. We did not have a ton of florals but we had candles on our tables and we received compliments all night of how elegant everything looked. Their team was so quick to help make adjustments on the wedding day to make sure everything looked beautiful and it did. I absolutely loved working with flowers for dreams!
