I had great difficulty getting up the steps to the dome. You have to walk to the restrooms and they are shared by those staying at the facilities/geo domes-you can lock the bathroom doors, but I prefer indoor bathrooms within my room. If i was younger with no disabilities the geo domes would probably be great.

However, since these are rental boards and I am sure people beat them up constantly out on the dunes, we were totally okay with that. Our site was not cleaned up between stays, even though check out is 11:00 am and check in is 2:00. There was a bit of trash - candy wrappers, old banana peel, broken zip tie, etc. Watch out, took my dogs out for a potty walk after dark and found there are tons of sand burrs near the restroom.
