She was all about the buyers and did very little for us. The plus side is she sells quickly, just don't thinks she is out for your best interests. She even told us that you have to close in 60 days, not true we had every right to demand the date we wanted. Stay clear

This…read morelandlord purchased this property around 4 mos prior to my deciding to move back to another city after 3 1/2 yrs of living there as a part of my job. My wife and I cleaned thuroughly prior to leaving. She did not include me on her final walk through as requested. When I called to pick up my $500 deposit she said there were some items (minor, other than normal usage issues) that did not get done. She said she would give me the entire deposit back but I had to call to find out when. Over 14 days later I received a check for $200 of the $500 deposit. Her word obviously meant nothing. The previous owners were great persons to know as landlords and would do anything for me in appreciation for being such a reliable, professional person that worked hard to keep their apt. in great condition. I'd advise to not rent from this landlord as she projected to me nothing but attitude whenever I visited with her as a tenant. I certainly wouldn't have done anything in preperation of leaving based on what the end result was. I also worked very hard to prepare the apt. for her to show 3 prospective renters that she had no concern of how to protect me from the Pandemic that was in full force at the time. She acted like it was non existent. I would not have went to the work to help her rent the apt. had I known what she had obviously planned to do to me upon leaving. I advise not renting from Cindy Chesley and if so, plan to not get your deposit back unless you get a specific checklist of expectations upon moving out and certainly take a lot of pics. I did and could probably take her to small claims court but figured why wast my time. Other than her poor treatment of me, I enjoyed my stay in N Platte while there.
