They were good movies and didn't want to be taking someone else's movies. It even had an XBOX game which my friend and I don't have. And because he doesn't believe me after paying all my stuff out if pawn he blew up and said he wasn't doing business with me anymore. I've tried to call and he hangs up on me. I was also browse the VHS and Used cd's! I mostly came here to look at all the amazing vintage guitars! So many beauties here, I have bought a few guitars here as well! The staff was always super nice and the characters in the store support the name! The stars are all here :) If you love vintage guitars, and are traveling on I-90 you must stop off to see SUNSET STRIP PAWN you will not be disappointed.

When I opened the bag they gave it back to me in last night I noticed the cord for my hard drive was missing. I went in to talk to them about it and they couldn't find it weren't helpful at all and all they told me was that I could buy a new one from Best Buy. I shouldn't have to buy a new one they lost it so they should replace it. Never going back there. The store has really gone down hill lately

Horrible with returns…read more On December 31, 2018, I had purchased an Apple Computer for my daughter. The computer didn't operate properly. It wouldn't process any downloads. I was charged $203.50 at the cash register. My daughter took back the computer on January 3, 2019, to get another computer supposedly of equal value. She had gotten an HP computer in place of the Apple Computer. She took the card along with her to complete the exchange. The following day I had noticed that First National Pawn had charged me again for $191.69. The manager had come out to speak with my daughter. He took the receipt and did not return a copy of the original transaction. The charge of $203.50 was never placed back into my account and no money was ever received from the merchant.
