I bought a woman's fire hose jacket online in November and it was too small. Took it into the Phillips Ave store hoping for a refund at best. Lupe looked in three areas to see if the jacket was still in stock. Unfortunately it wasn't so she offered to order me one online and have it shipped to my address free of charge. Couldn't ask for a better deal but what really impressed me was she was able to order a larger size and charged me the sale price. Sale price, free shipping and excellent customer service...what more could I ask for? Excellent job Lupe and Duluth TC

The store is clean and well kept. They have all of the blue collar brands (Ariat, Carhartt etc). The styles that they carry are also available to those men who ride around in pick up trucks on the job site and pretend that they're working. (Think Carhartt golf shirts.) The value for your money is well spent here, knowing that you're supporting a local business, as well as the brands speak for themselves. The company is buying and selling the correct products to the right crowd. They have sale racks, hats, gloves, shirts, outside, workwear, jeans, boots, sunglasses, goggles, hand soap, and shampoo, lip, balm, overalls, beanies, and fitting rooms available for you to try everything on. The store is stacked, it's definitely worth coming too. Support local. 10/10

The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Their service department is top notch, and they've always got a good inventory and quality product lines to choose from whether it's SCUBA gear or model rockets. You may be able to find better deals, but I guarantee you will not find better personalized service or product knowledge. I can also vouch that their dive trips on the Missouri are excellent, especially if you're a sportsman. I picked up spearfishing several years ago and its just about as much fun as you can have in the water, short of ocean diving. Sioux Falls is lucky to have a Dive Shop of this caliber. Bill Donovan, the owner and lead instructor, has got just about every rank you can get in the recreational SCUBA world. There are not very many dive shops in the country where you can do your open water certification all the way to being an instructor yourself. Whether you want to learn to dive for tropical vacations or dive the area's lakes and rivers, Donovan's is the best shop to do it with.

She worked with us to get the best value on a trade-in for our RV, and did fantastic on that. Just as important- was her personality, you would think you were talking to your best friend. Genuine, pleasant, respectful and took her time with many questions I had. She researched really hard to find us the right trade, as we were very limited on what our SUV could tow. Unfortunately, out of what they had there was only one unit that almost fit our needs. It was just a little to close to max limits for our vehicle, but I would definitely work with her again on any future trade. When I let her know that it just wasn't going to work out with our current vehicle- she was totally understanding. In the past Camping World has always seemed to try to squeeze the last dollar out of potential customers. She restored my faith in the company- thanks, Mindy!!
