Low and behold I broke down again, this time the 1st day of vacation 600miles away from columbia. At 1st they refused to help me unless I towed the vehicle 600 miles back to columbia. Fortunately my boyfriend works for plaza tire and went to talk to MD Trans. to make the situation right by them paying for my vehicle to be repaired at the firestone across the street where I was. When I got the receipts together, Firestone had only charged me 320 total while MD charged me 450 total. I was also then informed an autozone non -dealer part was put on instead of the part I had requested before service and when I paid for service. Not only did MD Transmission lie and take my money, they tried to leave me stranded while keeping my money and over charged me 150 dollars for a part I didnt ask for. Also my clutch pedal wasnt the same when I picked it up the 1st time and the tried to say it was normal. Do not have your vehicle repaired here, they take advantage of people, especially women and then try to play stupid about it!

On a road trip from Eastern, NC to North Central, CO - and back - my transmission gave out on the side of Interstate 70 at lunch time on a Sunday - I gave the shop a call, and within minutes - Andy, the owner, was beside me on the interstate assessing my vehicle. Unfortunately for Andy and myself, it needed a major repair. Andy got me a tow, a ride to the airport, and I was on my way. A few weeks later, Andy met me at the airport, with my truck. I can't even go on with the level of service both personally and professionally I was provided, but I can tell you - look no further. This is the shop you want. If my transmission went out today, in Eastern, NC, or California, I'd be figuring out how to get it to Andy in Central Missouri.
