The property manager hung up on me in mid-sentence. This was the second time he hung up on me in 2 years. I got connected with Pater and they have been great. Marlene Burke got on the phone with me without even knowing if I was serious about renting my place. For over 30 minutes, she broke down the mechanics of how the process would work and answered my MANY questions and fears. I signed up later that week. After that, I was lucky to be handed off to my agent, Tina Lisa - who has been nothing but incredible. She is friendly and personable, but more importantly knows how to GSD. She made many recommendations to me for getting the unit ready for rental - and has given me constructive advice when needed. If I ever have a question (I usually have many), she is the "go-to of all go-to's". She either knows the answer or goes and gets the answer, quickly. And for those reading this review as a potential renter - you are in good hands with Tina. She does a great job of balancing advocating for tenants and operating in the interest of property owners.

One of the most frustrating issues was a condo document amendment that took almost a year to complete due to their lack of responsiveness. After all that time, it turned out the amendment had been done incorrectly, requiring additional time and effort to address something that should have been handled properly from the start. What's even more concerning is the lack of transparency in their billing practices. Charges have appeared without proper explanation, and requests for supporting documentation or invoices have not been adequately addressed. This raises serious concerns about how they conduct business. Overall, the experience has felt unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. I expected a much higher level of accountability and responsiveness from a property management company. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution.

They constantly ignore communication from me and my neighbors. And when they do reply, they are less than helpful. They refuse to provide me with financial documents, I've asked multiple times and had to file a complaint with the BBB to get their attention. The fact that they won't let me see how they are spending our money only makes me more suspicious of unauthorized activities. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

    Not good management company. Bed bugs took over a unit and the laundry room-took management 1-2…read moreweeks to do something. My wife and I are the ones who figured out which unit. Fire alarm inspection was cancelled twice because of this. The building wasn't notified until after the inspection was supposed to end that it was cancelled. Bed bugs around for a good month. Luckily didn't spread to our unit. Learned laundry mats are expensive. There is no direct number for management. Have to call an answering service and wait for a call back. Leak in the hallway ceiling and took management 4-5 months to patch the holes in the ceiling. One unit kept putting their dog poop bags next to the door due to lazyness. Reported to management and he didn't have the balls to fine or stop them. The entrance smelled like dog poop just about everyday. The same unit would put the bag in the laundry room and he did nothing. Prices on washer and dryers were raised without anyone knowing. Dumpster continues to be filled with random crap and stuff not supposed to be there. You tell management and they still don't do anything. Just send an email saying "don't do it again". Happy to be out of their management.

    This property management company is awesome. There's no other word for it. I've been waiting…read moreawhile to post a review because I couldn't believe they are the real deal. Let me tell you, they are. I realize every rental situation may be different, but these are my reasons for being enthralled by their service: 1) They found tenants for my home within 3 weeks of contacting them and I mean found them and had them moved in within that 3 week window. 2) There were no advertising fees to get said tenants. Realtors were the channel used. 3) There were no fees until the place was rented and commission fees are quite reasonable 4) Monthly fees are more than reasonable for someone else to deal with the rental aspects. 5) They have a pool of professionals to handle painting/cleaning/maintenance. 6) There is no upcharge for the maintenance costs. I can't begin to say enough good things about this company. Judy and Shelley are knowlegeable in their business and take a lot of the worry out of trying to be a landlord.

    Shelley gullet is the manager we deal with at littlefield condominiums. She emailed me about a…read morecomplaint and started off with accusing me that my father lived with me and threatening me with a fine if he was parked in the visitors parking again. In which the rules state no vehicle can be parked there for no longer then 72 hours in which the first time he was visiting for a week and he was parked there 74 hours and I got an email with accusations that he lives with me. So ok I get it, he was parked there longer then he should so from then on he hadn't parked there when he visits me. Which I don't know who she is to think she can decide who lives with me and who doesn't! But sense the email my father was not parked in the parking space or had even been over my house. 5 days later he came over and I get another email saying I'm fined with $25 because my father was parked there for 5 hours! Now I have evidence on my ring camera that he was not parked there for more then 5 hours in a 3 day period. She has neglected to listen to me and to understand that my father does not live with me. She has ignored my calls and emails that I have told her numerous times that my father isn't living with me and has not been parked there for more then 72 hours sense her first email. Now I'm nothing but fed up with the harassment not only from Shelley gullet but from my neighbor that is on the board. She's turned me in for several things that for one isn't even true, and they ended up finding the person that has done most of the things I've been accused for, I've gotten no apology! So I'm just about fed up with it and will be taking further actions to stop this.
