I have chronic neck pain that most massage therapists don't have the strength to really get in the most painful spot to stretch out those muscles. I could tell Mark definitely had the strength, because he really hurt my spine going up and down with what felt like he used brute strength using his knuckles to massage my back.( i only wanted my neck and shoulders massaged) he totally did exactly what he wanted. I didn't want my hips massaged. Which hurt me also!!! I told him he was really hurting my back, and i swear it felt like he used more torque.I will never use his service again. I certainly won't reccomend him to anyone i like!!!! An hour and a half getting a massage from hell.

I guess I can't properly post a review since have not been seen by them yet…read more But I did book am appointment on the day I was to go in I got a call saying that since I had not been seen in almost a year my fee would not be the $40 but instead $75 plus taxes Seems a bit unfair since covid lockdown is the reason had not been seen . The only treatment I always have had in the past yrs is a click of what looks like a clicker takes 3 mins tops and that includes entering the room and leaving So was very disappointed when I was told couldn't have the regular fee that it would almost double I cost . Seems a bit unfair that price almost doubles because the service had doors closed due to covid But I did find innisfil clinic offered to see me

As a busy, full time working mother of four who is a professor and writer, I cherish my down time. Though I wish I had time for more frequent visits to maintain my nails, Crystal is always accommodating to where I am at in life. Nail sets at this establishment are stunning, strong, and crafted with care. Though most sets would need TLC after a couple weeks, they are able to support my schedule of once a month visits and my nails hold on remarkably well, considering I am also the primary dish washer in my home. I'm always wowed by Crystal's ability to craft intricate designs and art on the tiny nails of a wiggly and precocious five year old, while maintaining a positive and insightful discussion. She has the patience of a saint and a heart of gold. She provides coloring activities and entertainment for children, always willing to make families and young people feel welcome and appreciated. My daughter and I look forward to our nail appointments like we would a holiday celebration or a vacation. Nothing but good vibes and love for this local, family owned business!!!! Crystal is an exceptionally good nail artist and a working professional. The salon staff keep the business impeccably clean, sanitary, and polished. As a bonus, they are kind and caring members of the Coldwater community! They truly make a positive difference.
