Made a complaint by email. The colourist Instead of calling me immediately to apologise and have me return the same day (or next day) by I was only given an appointment two weeks after complaint to fix the issue or immediately with another stylist (palming me off to someone I don't know to possibly make it worse) so I walked around with orange roots and custard yellow hair for two weeks.
Colourist was off sick had to have date moved again, was now angry and told salon I wanted to go elsewhere to correct this after colourist doesn't seem to care much about getting this fixed. Said I'd rather go somewhere else, but I was told I have to return to get it fixed as they won't offer me a refund for the mistake.
There is no way I will return after all this drama and after colourist didn't even bother to call and apologise or get me in asap to fix the issue. Why must another stylist have to fix the mistake of my colourist?? Why is the colourist to this day not see the issue as a priority.
Noticed salon and colourist is very fixated on pushing products and extra services onto a person, very money oriented. They don't seem to see a human only a wallet with money, I heard discussions a few times about brining in sales so either commission is earned or staff compete for top sales, either way very off putting. Won't be returning nor will I recommend, I've never had yellow and orange hair by a salon ever abc especially zero care of interest to fix this by the person who made the mistake.!!! read more
