Their website and voice message said they are experiencing a staff shortage. My framing order was placed on 3/20/26 with an estimated completion 4/24/26. I had to make a 50% downpayment. I called last week to check on my order. No answer at the Burnsville location. I went to the website where I saw the staff shortage message. They disabled their "Contact Us" feature on their website. I called their second location and heard a voice message which said they would email customers when the order was ready. They don't have my email though. I tried to leave a voice message, but it is unclear as to whether the message was recorded. I am very disappointed. At a minimum, they should allow us an opportunity to retrieve our items. Like many others, my items are of sentimental value. I am not sure what to do next. read more
