Bad cut twice from the old lady with the long grey hair. Had to go back and have it fixed both times. I go there but won't let her cut me. Today I went again, got ignored when the three stylist were done cutting. They were messing around. I and another guy walked out. The ladies could have at least said something like "be right with you" or something but instead they all walked to the back room. Like I said, I walked out. Won't be going back. read more

Absolutely not. Never go there. If you like then you like it. I went with my daughter and they started cutting her hair...halfway through they said that she had lice. I looked while we were still there and there didn't seem to be lice. We went home and I looked closer and it was DANDRUFF. So right before school started my daughters hair is half cut and THEY did this to her. read more

I got butchered at this place. I often go to great clips but I will never go back to this location. I guess you should be aware when the girl cutting your hair says she just graduated from barber school a month ago and the manager has to come over and do a quality check on your hair. My husband was getting his hair cut. Myself and 4 kids pulled outside in the van to wait for him. Meanwhile, inside the workers stated "I really hope she isn't coming in here with all those kids!" and "I they aren't all coming to get haircuts". My husband just took it lightly and enjoyed climbing in the van without mentioning how rude the worker was. We are really active parents of four very active kids in the area. We use this location because because they have always been kind and welcoming but maybe that's just when we are in ear shot. We will be sure to spread those comments to the many other families we know in this small community to let them know kids are not really welcome customers at this establishment. We will take our 6 person family and be sure to spend our money supporting businesses that are not rude and unprofessional. read more

The only reason I gave this place one star is because I couldn't give them zero. My main issue is with their inability to use a consistent policy with their online check in. I've been skipped while sitting in the store after checking in online and then notifying the staff I had arrived, I was once bumped behind a number of people on the board that I was ahead of as I checked in and they would not correct it because they said that I was supposed to be after the people that physically checked in ahead of me, and then after that I figured what's the point of online check-in, until today they used the reverse of that logic to put 4 people in front of me before I walked out. I'm not opposed to online check-in, but I won't be bringing anymore business to Great Clips while they randomly apply it. read more
