Disappointed. Frustrated. The app allowed me to check in and told me to head to the salon; upon arrival (2:50 P.M.) the door was locked and a staff member came to the door saying they were closed (sign says open until 3pm). I've not had this issue with Great Clips in Vernal before and was disappointed that the app allowed me to book an appointment despite the staffs decision to close early. The staffs response when I said I booked through the app was "shrugged her shoulders" and "sorry" then walked away leaving a booked customer feeling frustrated. This was a bummer. read more

One of the worst haircuts I've ever had. The pink haired girl that cut my hair had a horrendous attitude and seemed like she absolutely hates her job. Got a super simple faux hawk with a one on the sides. I had to ask her to complete the haircut since she only blended one side of my head and she left patches of long hair on the sides of my head. When she decided she was finished she didn't bother to clean any hair off of me and left a mess of hair all over my face and ears. Young lady should be fired, she obviously doesn't want to be there. Never ever again will I go to any Great Clips and will tell every single person I know to stay the hell away from this joke of a location. Terrible vibe. read more

Had worst experience of my life. The girl cut my hair too short when I told her below the ears plus she used a electric shaver on the back of my neck which pulled the hair. When I got home the back of my neck was red and swelled. She must had seen that and didn't even tell me. I'll never go back there again!! Worst cut ever! read more

Called and asked if anyone could handle an angry toddler they told me to just come in. Refuse to cut his hair or give any accommodations to help. Super sucky. Other hairdressers just glared. Never going back again. Terrible vibe and service. read more

Absolutely the worst haircut I have ever had! The girl acted like she had never seen a pair of scissors before and had absolutely no idea of what she was doing. She didn't even shave my neck or do any grooming at all, spent less than 5 minutes on me and then charged me $20! Once I got home, I saw how uneven the cut was side to side--terrible! I'd seriously give them a negative ten star review if I could I toolkits my daughters both in my youngest just a trim and my almost 13 year old daughter wanted about a foot cut off. I was already nervous but I thought I'll let her decide first the lady never washed her hair just started cutting then she just kept getting shorter and shorter so my daughter said that's short enough mind you her hair was down to her butt it ended up to the top of her shoulders and is so uneven it isn't even close to funny there are chunks that are and inch longer then the bulk of her hair and it goes at an angle from one shoulder to the other at about a two inch difference. It was done on the 7th and I've been so busy I haven't took the time to fully straighten it she has complained and told me how uneven it was but I thought she was just being dramatic! Nope I started straighting it today and was baffled at what a mess it is. I called and was told it was because it had grown out!!!! Seriously in 13 days wow thy said they wouldn't refund the money or fix it cause it's been to long not that I would take her to get it fixed there! And this is t the first time either thy messed up my sons and husband so bad I eve my husband came home and shaved his head. For warning do not go here unless you want to look like a six year old cut your hair!!! read more

I'm only giving one star because it doesn't give an option for no stars! The girl who cut my hair obviously didn't know what she was doing and it definitely showed. She cared more about getting me out of there than correcting anything she may have messed up on, but that's what you get for cheap haircuts! I can't speak for all the girls in there but my experience with not one, but two of them (at the same time) didn't turn out to be a great clip after all. read more

The ladies were nice. They did an acceptable job cutting our hair. My biggest issue is the speed. We checked in online, and it still took forever. If they would speed up their service it would be better. About five customers left while we there because of wait times. read more

Terrible customer service-I'm not even sure they know what those words mean!-don't go here. I'm also giving 1 star cuz no option for no stars!...My husband needed a cut really bad and we live in a small town with no salons. We were driving home from Manila, UT and decided to stop by great clips on our way through Vernal. We timed it just right to get to great clips by 4:30 (they closed at 5)-but we hit road construction and didn't get there until 4:50--I called about 4:30 to tell them we were running late and they said they stopped taking appts at 4:45 I tried to explain our situation but they didn't care and said nothing they could do. We stopped by at 4:50 anyway hoping they would take him if he was there and again they didn't care and turned him away! No one was even in the Salon. It would have taken them 15 min to cut his hair! Businesses like this don't deserve support of any kind as they don't know what customer service is!! This must b why I see so many great clips going out of business!! Don't support these guys! read more
