My daughter came in today and her hairstylist was EXTREMELY RUDE. My daughter suffers from a seizure disorder and her hairstylist chose to reprimand my daughter for her hair not being freshly washed and dried. She became syruply sweet when I walked in. We definitely will not ever be there again. Have some compassion and consideration for your clients, you never know what they are going through. my 6 year old has very thin easily-damaged hair and there is a massive knot underneath. I went to this walk-in facility in hope of getting help brushing it out or giving her a whole new awesome hair style. Instead I was approached by a male stylist who told me it is against their policy to brush out knots and he handed me a brush and detangler spray to do it myself in the waiting area. My daughter cringed and cried because it hurt. Another Stylist was kind enough to approach us and help. No luck and my daughter screamed. I took her outside to try and calm her down and convince her to "get it over with". No luck. We went back inside and the guy was LAUGHING at us. I gave it one star because zero is not an option. I called to make an appointment, but it walk in only. Okay. Get there the girl at the front that did not seem to be very bright, and is trying to push some mobile checkin on me and then tells me it will be 30 minutes. Okay. I tell her what I want- wash, cut, blow dry and style. Not difficult. She puts it in the computer. I wait. They get to my name and then call the person after me. Okay. Fine. Finally I get called. She immediately tries to put me in a chair. I say "I asked for a wash." And she replies,"oh, I can do that, but it will be extra." I know this as I can read the board. Anyways, as she is washing my hair she is scrubbing so hard I feel like my scalp is bleeding afterwards, and she was throwing my head around like crazy. Then she asks me if I color my own hair because the color is really muddy...seriously!? I didn't come in for a color consult, so that was rude. She pulls me up and plops a towel on my head. I get up and go sit in the chair. She asks me what style I want, and I show her a picture of an inverted bob- not too much different from my hair now, literally a couple inches shorter in the back. She starts cutting and then makes a comment about how dry my scalp is, loudly, and how it is flaking off as she's combing. I am embarrassed, but I don't say anything. She starts cutting and when she's finished, she says "I'm just going to dry it until the moisture is gone." But that not what I wanted. I wanted it fully dried and styled so I could see what I was paying for! So she says, "okay all done!" My hair was barely dry at all, frizzy, and I couldn't even tell what it looked like!! I go to the counter almost in tears because I am so mad, then she looks at the screen and says "oh you wanted a full dry, style and flat iron?" I said, "yes I did, but don't worry about it." All she said was "okay" with a shrug! Seriously!?! What is the point of telling the girl at the front what you want done it the stylists aren't going to read it. I shouldn't have to repeat myself after I've said it once. I will NEVER go back and I will tell everyone I know about this. I have never felt so disappointed and disrespected by someone I was giving money to! So when I got home I finished drying it and saw where the back was uneven and bluntly cut so it poofed out instead of falling smooth. So now I have to go somewhere else to see if they can fix this mess! Ugh! read more

Woman came to the desk and yelled at me because she couldn't find my name in system even though my phone said that I was checked in. Told me to sit down and it would be another 45 min wait.
