Then, the greeter lady stated something about people coming in now and she had to go so she would show her how to close up. Umm, your door says 7p...it is 6p! Nevermind. I was put off by it all and left, cash in hand. I won't be returning, and it is disappointing since this used to be my go to when living locally. The saddest part is that they have no competition for 12 miles. VERY disappointing experience.

I told the guy I just wanted the regular pedi which was $35. He kept putting the list in front of me pointing to the $55 and $65 pedis. I told him I just wanted the regular one and he kept pushing for the more expensive ones, then would say, "...but whatever you want!" So he seemed to finally accept that, but he used gel polish even though the pedi I requested included regular, not gel polish. He charged me $50. Although my toes look nice, I felt the staff was disrespectful as a whole. If I had it to do over again, I would have only paid the amount listed. I love the staff but today I walked in at 9:40am was put in a chair at 11am and soaked my feet until 12:29 until I finally dried it off and walked out. If you decide to come here with or without an appointment be ready to waste half your day waiting. Came for birthday nails walked out feeling uglier than when I walked in. Ofc they were short staffed and had appointments but why put me in a chair if you weren't going to service me within 30 minutes.
