I only ever expect a cut, so my first time there was interesting! She did the cut well, and followed with the massage that only usually comes at higher end places (in my experience). I make it a point to only go here for a cut. All guys know how hard it is to find a barber who does a cut the way they like, and when you find that one, you stick with that one. Customer service is always on point here, and I'll wait for Sue, no matter how long the line is.

She trimmed hair in my ears, eye brows, nose, mustache, used hot lather and straight razor in back and around my ears. After taking her time cutting my hair, and all of the above, she massaged my scalp and then used a vibrating hand massager to go over my shoulders and surrounding areas. The lady cutting my hair was polite, friendly and respectful. She was careful not to upset me, although that would have been hard to do! I can't think of anything she could have done better!

I think she does a mediocre job in cutting hair, only because she likes to rush the hell out of your haircut. Maybe if she took her time then it would be a way better experience with awesome results. I came in for a high fade comb over and she couldn't get it right the first time. They don't give you time to inspect the end result with a mirror. I had to go to the bathroom to find out she missed a spot. I asked to just snip of the spot she missed and she was so disgruntled. Definitely the last time I will be coming back here. Good luck to all who dare lol. Also, she raised the prices of her haircuts recently just FYI. Don't even think about going to her other barber apprentices, unless you want to wait for Ms. Song to come help and correct the mistakes. Upon arrival I found the business very clean and the receptionist was very friendly. The reception area was very beautifully decorated and had comfortable seating as well. My wait was short and soon Theresa, my new stylist was out to meet me. I explained to her I had not had a haircut in a long time and was at all loss as to what to do. I told Theresa I would be open to coloring as well as a cut as we embarked on a hair mark over. Theresa really took her time explaining the type of cut and color that would be best for my face and skin tone. The other stylists even stopped by to add their expertise from time to time when I felt a little uncertain as to what to choose. After all the coloring was rinsed out we decided on a cut and boy was I excited. Theresa did such an amazing job, every step of the way she made sure I was comfortable with what she was doing and the outcome was what I wanted. She was just amazing. My hair has honestly never looked better. I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants quality and precision hair care.
