The person who cut my hair was very nice and made conversation. I was excited because at first it look pretty decent my hair had grown out so i wanted a little trim. They DID NOT trim my hair they gave me a haircut, The lady asked if this is okay i said yes but instead she kept cutting. I do not recommend unless you dont wanna be heard and understood read more

I never thought a haircut could be so bad. I've been in this establishment time and time again hoping for a new outcome. This new outcome never comes. It is always the same result. Today, I went in to get a haircut, hoping that I'd at least get something close to what I'd asked for. Apparently, I was asking for too much. I went into the shop with my hair looking something like the before photo. I asked for less then half an inch off the top, and a two on the side, so that it would look something like the screenshot. The last photo was the outcome. Until there are new, actually decent, employees, I do not want to step foot in this establishment ever again. read more

Words that come to mind when I think of my experience at Great Clips are Vitality, Empowering, and Clippers. Great Clips, my Magnum Opus, my Raison d'etre, my Cornerstone. My Foundation. Great Clips stands the test of time, contending with the greatest cultural masterpieces of our time; Woodstock, the Fall of Berlin, Chris Pine's eyes, and Casablanca. The characters @ Great Clips where characters straight out of a action-romance-scifi-fantasy-drama-comedy. They were so intimately complex, whilst ultimately being relate able. At times, I wanted to slap them as I shouted in Farsi; at other times I wept openly as we watched old episodes of the ABC Family smash hit 'Greek'. These characters depth and motivations make Ulysses look like a coloring book, and Paradise Lost appear to be a half-hearted poem written in Freshman English. Emily "The Survivor" Unbowed. Unbent. Unbroken. These words do not only make up the title of an episode of Game of Thrones, but were directly inspired by the life of Emily or as those who know her best call her, "The Survivor". Hannah "The Rap God" "You can find me in St. Louis rolling on dubs; Smoking on dubs in clubs, blowing up like Cocoa Puffs" These words were penned by "The Rap God", who is none other than Hannah from Great Clips! What precious little time Hannah does not spend pimpin out her shaggin wagon, or winning rap battles in secretive underground night clubs, she donates to Great Clips. When she had just finished winning her first rap battle in the Underground Infantz Tour in Shanghai China at the age of 18 months, she saw a sign for Great Clips. While she was not literate at that age, the motto of "Relax. You're at Great Clips" stood with her. It was at that moment that she dropped the mic and picked up a scissors to begin dedicating her life to the folly of follicles. Jordan "The Reclusive Chocolatier" Jordan's origins are mostly unknown, but it is known she has made very many wonderful candies that not only taste amazing, but can perform impossible feats, such as gum that never loses its flavor or ice cream that never melts. Because of this, the other candy companies sent spies into her factory to find the secret recipes. Jordan noticed the thievery was uncontrollable. Because of that, she closed shop. Every worker was fired, and Jordan closed the gates with a long iron chain. For months, the Chocolate Factory has remained inactive.... Kayla "The Silent Assassin" It is said that Kayla has never spoken a word in her entire life. It is said that Kayla was trained in Shangri-La by Shaolin Monks. It is said that Kayla can summon her Chi to run at an Olympic Sprinter's pace using only her Index Fingers. It is said that Kayla can summon thousands of Corgi's to aid her in combat by vibrating her vocal cords at subsonic speeds. It is said that Kayla can lick her elbow. I do not recommend this place at all. I took my young son in for a haircut and the stylist refused to cut his hair!!! My son wanted to sit on my lap, rather than on the booster seat. When I asked her to remove the seat so that I could sit and hold him, she informed me that she didn't want to cut someone's hair who might move?? I had already waited my turn. She wanted me to continue to wait for someone who was "willing" to cut his hair. Keep in mind, my child was in no way upset or resisting. He just wanted me to hold him because he didn't know the stylist. read more

I only go to Great Clips to get my hair cut. They have had my preferences saved in their computer system for years now, so all I have to do is give my phone number and sit in the chair. I never get the same person twice, so they must have a higher turnover rate than you'd expect. But, the outcome has always been nice, and I appreciate how fast it usually is for me to get in and out. The price is a bit steep, but I find it hard to change old habits. I'll continue to go to Great Clips as long as they continue to do a good job! read more

I went here once and haven't been back since. The entire experience felt very impersonal, and I got the feeling that they were trying to rush me out as soon as possible to move on to the next customer. I didn't like feeling rushed, and the poor quality of the haircut was left as proof that they care more about money than customer satisfaction. read more

one of the worse haircuts ive received. i dont even trust them enough to fix it. i got a 2 on the sides and a 4 on the top, with a fade. the fade on the sides is off by more then an inch. on my left side its down to my temple. wtf, was she blind. all the staff had scowls on their face and where snippy at me. the girl who cut my hair had to be 18 or 19, and inexperienced. im 100% certain i could cut my hair better myself. read more

Great Clips is a great place for getting a top quality haircuts. Staff is professional and friendly. Have used them for many years and never been disappointed. Adam is my stylist and he does great work, before he joined the staff I've had several of the girls give me a cut and never had a problem. Also folks, remember to tip your stylist, it's no different than any other salon. My response to Elaine B. way did you keep going back? and calling someone fat is totally uncalled for, you do NOT need to be skinny to cut hair. Great Clips is GREAT. read more

Great clips isn't known for being an upscale salon, but would it kill them to give a decent simple haircut? I have gone here several different times and have had several different people cut my hair all with the same result- HORRIBLE! My hair is straight and simple yet each time I have gone here I end up with a bitched up cut. The last time I went I had 3 inches cut off and some light layering done. I got a haircut that looked like it was done with a pair of Fiscar's by a 6 year old. It was uneven, a half inch longer on one side and was "layered" by picking random sections and cutting. I had to get an additional 3 inches cut off to fix this mess at a pricey salon. I took my daughter to get a trim and she too was given something that looked like she did it herself(she's 6). I had to have 2 inches cut off to fix her hair and she was left with almost a boy hair cut, thank goodness the pixie cut is in style! They must get the beauty school rejects here! I think stylists should care about their appearance and look nice, not have bad haircuts and be fat and unpleasant! Spend an extra $6 and go to a salon and avoid this trainwreck!!!!!!! read more
