Awful. I came in and, for context, I have bad dandruff. Last time I went they suspected lice because my hair was wet, then dried it and found out it was just dandruff. This time the same happened, exept the lady didn't dry it, told me since it was suspected she couldn't cut my hair, and said to wash it with tea tree shampoo and mint, which I already do twice when washing. She was really snappy with her coworker as well. Turns out, it was just dandruff. Also, every single time I have ever gone here, they give me an awful haircut. I show them what I want, and they give me a bowl cut. Every. Single. Time. It's like they aren't even trained to do haircuts. The staff is almost always awful as well, very few are decent. I'm not even trained and I could do something better than this. It isn't even decent. read more

GUY'S PERSPECTIVE: I've been getting my haircuts here for years and have never had a bad haircut. Everybody who works there is very friendly. If you feel like talking, they'll talk. If you're the quiet type, they will work with that too. Easy peasy. GIRL'S PERSPECTIVE: I'm not a girl. read more

The service at this Great Clips was great. I have had my hair cut at Great Clips in at least two other states and various location in each state. This was my first time in this locations an the young lady, and I mean lady, was wonderful. I had an issue about not being able to wear a mask as is required in the establishment as well as various other local mandates. She went out of her way to figure out a solution so I was able to get my hair cut while addressing the legal requirement For a mask and Addressing my issue with the mask. Some people may have criticized this establishment and others like It for various reasons but I am here to tell you finding this type of service to the customer is few and far between. I found out a long time ago that the value of such a service is not determined buy the price tag. Quality work and customer care is had to find at any price. So I would highly recommend this location. read more

The only reason why I didn't rate this place one or two stars is because this is an inexpensive hair salon franchise, so you get what you pay for. Most of the staff is friendly though. Fun fact: I know somebody who worked for a Great Clips (not this particular one), and they told me that management tells them they have to try to get haircuts done in 17 minutes so they can fit in three hair cuts per hour. read more

Worst hair cut ever, not only myself but my husband just needed a trim around his neck , she trimmed around ears etc , all uneven husband told her about it so she trimmed more still uneven ,,,will not return I have given them three times , and don,t say you get what you pay for the point is we pay for services but are rushed in and out , America take pride no matter what you do do it well. read more

It was my friend's first time getting a haircut in years. She was terrified and on the verge of a full blown breakdown. The staff was so friendly and so encouraging. They took their time to talk her through everything she wanted and what would happen. Watching everyone in the store take their time to support her and make her feel pampered was just the best thing. She got an awesome wash cut and dry. The guy even stopped mid way when she needed a break. It was an awesome experience and I'd give them 10 stars if I could. read more

I will not go back. Or if I do, Careen will NOT cut my hair. I did get right in. She was fast...maybe a bit too fast. (I read in another review that management wants them to do cuts in 17 minutes. I can believe it.). She was done lickity split. She asked about using something to give my hair a little lift. I told her that would be fine. She cut and "dried" my hair fluffing it with her hand. It was still damp when she was "done." She gave me a mirror to see the back. I asked her to take a bit more off. More people had come in so she had to step away to check someone in. When she came back, I asked her to take a little more off the sides. "How much?" Her attitude seemed to have changed. She took some more off and fluffed my hair "dry" some more. It was still not dry when I walked out. Also, she wore a lot of jewelry. That's not an issue except the charms on her bracelets kept hitting me in the face while she washed my hair. It didn't hurt and she didn't poke me in the eye but I feel it was unprofessional. read more

Worst haircut ever, long hair sticking up everywhere, didn't square the back. Do not let Amanda cut your hair

I went for a simple bob, the women had butchered it and gave me many layers and cut it as if she were in a rush, I would never recommend this place to anyone. Nice inside but horrible hair stylists. read more

Asked to get a very basic haircut, get a few inches cut off and put some layers in it. What I got was the girly version of a mullet! Absolutely terrible.. Susan, my very bitchy hairdresser, completely chopped up my hair. Guess no one ever taught her how to cut layers. The only thing I was happy with was the length, which was what I asked for. But I can no longer have my hair let down. So disappointed! I would go back and have them fix it if I wasn't so sure she would screw it up even more.. Glad it's only hair and will grow out.. But I will definitely never step my foot close to that place again! read more

This is the worst haircut place of ever been to they cut my hair short both times when I said to NOT CUT IT at all why both times I've been there both were awful I will NEVER come her ever again. read more

Just had my hair cut or should say butchered here. Told the lady Just to clean up the top which to ME that means clean any hairs just poking up, NOT take the trimmers, run them in the opposite direction where they cut even closer and make me bald! I have an interview this week and did not want to look like a skin head. They DO NOT listen. They are in too much of a rush to get to the next one and should get some personality. Even when I was probably too politely expressing my concerns, she could care less and literally said ( it will grow back). Terrible service and place do not waste your time or money. I wish I could post a pic of my scalp. read more

The worst experience! I came in and had 12" cut off my hair so I could donate it to Wigs For Kids. I specifically asked to be notified when Wigs For Kids received my donation, no call or email from Wigs For Kids or Great Clips, meaning that they did not send my donation. Not only did they not send in my donation, but the lady butchered my hair. I understand it was a free haircut and you get what you pay for, but I was not expecting the hack job she gave me. It is uneven everywhere, it is like she didn't even try. She was stuffing her face and too busy buying roses from a vendor to even pay attention to what she was doing. I will NEVER go back. I am so mad that they did not send my donation, that was very personal for me. I did that for a family member who died of cancer. I wish I would have never gone here. read more
