He was comfortable & communicative with Tricia, which, teenager, says a lot! Go just based on that. He was thrilled with his haircut, an honest ear to ear smile. Tricia took her time, did Exactly what he asked & gave him suggestions & some direction. Next, me, dry, brittle, middle-aged hair, that's sad, flat, grey, & lifeless (life lol).
