The woman was kind and she was kind in return, especially with her daughter there; however this doesn't make up for mutilating her hair. Sometimes people need to be able to say this is not our best and we messed up, sadly that did not happen. It's school season, but somehow I found a back to back appt with the amazing Tricia for me & my 14yr old stepson, but don't be discouraged if your time isn't available, it's worth the wait.
