As a paying customer, my name has actually been mentioned regarding conversations I have with the nail technician. I feel like I'm in the middle of a war between the ladies downstairs and upstairs. As a customer, I no longer feel comfortable coming into the salon. I will engage in typical everyday conversation with the technician (its always been everyday conversation), when I am there. My name was brought up to my technician as our conversations were reported as not appropriate, which is ridiculous. I am a paying customer, with no more than a nail technician to customer relationship in that salon. I have been going to Instyle since Sofie and Amy were there and I have worked with Claire as well, who I really like. I will never go back again due to the ongoing issues with gossip and complaints. When I am there, I am uncomfortable and worried, I will be called out about talking too loud or walking too loud across the floor upstairs. I have never had an experience anywhere like this before in my life. If there are issues amongst employees, that's one thing and its bound to happen; however, it should never EVER involve paying customers.

I explained clearly what I wanted done and Aileen the stylist just basically went ahead and did what she wanted. I decided to call and talk to the manager about the issue and she was fairly rude and said she could recolor it....like I really want to damage my hair again... Just yesterday I went to my normal gal Aileen and I had this idea in my head what I wanted to do with my hair, and I knew she thought I was crazy, but we did it anyway. It didn't turn out like I thought it would as a pictured it, almost like a Pinterest fail moment. But she fixed it and tried something else and it turned out great! The manger Carrie also has some great ideas as well and helps any of her customers. Nikki does a great job on up-do's or styled my hair for my wedding and other occasions and all the bridesmaid went there and loved it as much as I do! I tell everyone about this place! Its clean, nicely decorated and always welcomed with a smile! Thank you Ladies! Keep up the great work!

I am just so nervous to even go to another person , because my hair keeps getting wrecked . Not worth spending hundreds on crappy service. Plus I guess I'm old school. If you have customers. Should focus on hair and not the phone. I haven't found one good one yet in 9 years of keep getting my hair done. I just go to places because of referrals. Right now my hair is full of different colors and purplish toner left behind I get it going blonde is hard , but it is possible. Because I have had it done for 30 something years. Some I have found to have gotten it perfect for me. I hope they are able to get the next person what they ask for. Guess it's a learning experience. I know doing hair isn't easy but if you been doing it for more than 5-10 years. Should be somewhat of a pro at it. I would add a pic. But it won't let me add it.
