I subsequently asked for a refund of the botched install only, which she also refused, nor will she give me an itemized receipt for the charges incurred. The owner, Brianna, has offered no help. Do yourself a favor- if you want professional, well installed extensions, avoid Joan and the Rose Room at all costs.
