I guess i didn't see @ salon because it was straightened, and i had to lift up a clump, and that's when i noticed my original color even, still there. Then upon dissecting it further, grey/grey/grey... wow, really sad. And i gave an exceptional tip- well, I have a tip now, small town salon = small town effort. I won't go back, not that they care. All the girls who work there are so nice and considerate and it feels like a spa. It smells fresh on the inside-- not like other places where the hairspray and dye burn your nostrils.
