My brother in law told her if she wasn't able to do it he understand as this was last minute. She told him to come back at 515 and she will do it. Well, when we returned she told him she couldn't because she has to take her kid home. I understand family issues happen, however as she was hesitant from the beginning she should have just told us no that way our time would not be wasted. Terrible customer service.
