Renee, the stylist who did a great cutting my hair remembered me from the former location in Victorian Village. She was great, but will take any stylist when they are available. I enjoy checking in on the Great Clips app. It is very easy to do and choose your location closest to you. I normally go to the Graceland location, but they did not take the coupon at that location. I was so happy that Great Clips on Thurber and High took my online coupon and will be going back to that location soon.

Location: Salon Lofts, Perimeter Drive (Dublin Ohio) (If you've never frequented a "Salon Loft" location it's basically a large space with individual lofts with doors for privacy and consultation - really neat concept and you're working directly with each individual business owner in most cases) Parking: large lot available for free parking - this is a really popular area with many other retail shops so allow an extra 5 minutes or so to your commute to find a parking space and allow the walk to the salon. Pricing: for the quality and skill / expertise - the prices are fair. I can pull off up to 3-4 months between haircuts because of the precision and skill of the haircut. I prefer to keep my appointments in the 8 week range but sometimes I have to go longer... Product / Retail: Lori uses and carries high quality products also available for sale. Service: It's kind of shocking to me - but for a woman's haircut and style, including blow-out - I'm in and out of there in about an hour; usually a few minutes under the time. My color was an odd shade of brown from undergoing an unfortunate ombre treatment from a different stylist. I also have a TON of grey hair for being 24. Lori colored my hair into a rich brown that looks very shiny and healthy. She also gives great cuts - I usually get something simple but her trims make my hair look great. Lori is also super knowledgable for the hair challenged like me. She showed me a brushing technique for taming my cowlick and she educated me on what products to use. I think that's the best thing Lori has done for me - she's taught me HOW to manage my hair. If you go to Shear Serenity, expect to be treated with kindness and care. Lori will make you feel beautiful and she's so much fun to talk to while you are in the chair. I can't say enough good things about Shear Serenity, thats for sure!
