Chop Shop!!! NEVER AGAIN! Uneven hair is a no no! How long does it take to check your work? Quality matters.

Stay far away from this place! If you're on a budget I highly recommend going to Walmart and buying your own scissors. Ask a stranger to cut your hair or do it yourself! I promise you'll have a better outcome. I walked into this shop and was seen right away. The girl, whose name I know but will keep to myself, seemed fine. I sat down in the chair and she started cutting away. I wanted the split ends chopped. Split ends were removed and within no more than seven minutes she handed me a mirror and showed me my hair. I asked her to straighten it out more and she walked to the back to get a straightener. I told her that's not what I wanted and that the cut was not even. After a couple more snips she handed me the mirror again. I decided it wouldn't be worth my time, to continue asking for quality, nor did this girl care to give me that. I was appalled and silently handed her my credit card. I walked out ten minutes after walking in with a horrible cut and felt ripped off. Wish I would have just walked out without paying. Worst service, worst haircut, never ever again. Don't come here!! If management would like to know who cut my hair please don't hesitate to reach out! read more

I checked in online with their app (showed 10 min wait) and had to wait easily 60 minutes (outside in cold and raining due to Covid-19). People kept coming and going and they said they didn't check in online...just walked in. So, I say - no consideration and POOR MANAGEMENT. Don't go by franchise name(Great Clips!!) . I am regular customer for great clips. now had to rethink being customer for this . 1. Stylist doesn't have patience to listen. 2. Very hurry in completing the hair cut.Resulted very odd shaped haircut. 3. Don't even know how to do trimming properly. So had to do myself!!! 4. Never saw stylist doing hair or beard style like this. Overall very disappointed hair and beard style from this saloon. Never recommended for this Saloon. Giving three stars because I've come here twice. First experience was good- I had the younger lady cut my hair. She was friendly and did a great job. Second time I came with my husband and son for them to get haircuts. The older lady cut their hair. She was complaining about how she wanted to go home (it wasn't closing time yet-just almost.) She seemed pissed off the whole time. She didn't do a great job on either of their haircuts. My son is a wiggle worm but she had no patience. read more

The first time I went to this location, the haircut i got was great. I don't remember how much I paid, but I always tip 20% or more. The second time was last week and same girl (kiara) did a HORRIBLE job. My hair is real simple, layered cut, same length all over my head. I will have to go somewhere else and have it fixed. My 5 year old granddaughter could have done a better job. There are areas on my head that she totally missed that still have split ends! I won't go back to this location. read more

Great clips as a whole is not customer friendly unless you have their ridiculous app and even then it doesn't matter what happens after you personally check in. Long story short I politely checked in about 15 minutes before (and it said 45 minute wait) because I would be there in about 15 minutes. You can check in on the app , show up anytime you want and as long as you checked in on the app before someone else you can skip them. I was waiting for 10 minutes and 2nd in line and some old bat comes in that's first on the list. Checks in and gets to skip me because she used the app before I did. Next time I'm checking in when I see there's a short line regardless of when I show up since I'll be able to cut everyone that checks in after me. These practices are complete BS. I'm going to the haircut place in Walmart from now on. read more

I had really bad split end and was in need of a trim. The lady that trimmed my hair was really sweet and was great at making conversation. It didn't take her very long to trim my hair and I was on my way. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because I really think that simple cuts like a trim that takes 5 minutes shouldn't cost as much as a hair cut that takes 15-20 minutes. read more

Been bringing my Daughter in to get her hair Shampooed (once a week) she is Disabled an unable to do this herself, had it done 2 times now at $3.00 Shampoo and of course I tip. they always blow dry her hair, this time (anna) asked if I want her hair blowed dried?
