I've been getting my haircuts from a wonderful woman named Ruby for years even before great clips , she never fails to put a smile on my face and is so funny and genuine to talk to and always has a smile on her face as well. She's never messed up on my hair once and she always finishes my hair looking even better than i've expected it to be. 11/10, I highly recommend her not only for her talent but also for her personality and the wonderful conversations, she's such a warm and delightful woman that makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable, I wouldn't want anyone else to cut my hair besides her, she never disappoints me when I get my haircut. Great clips is very lucky to have such a talented hair stylist working there. read more

Business owners must recognize that people can choose where they spend their money. When management speaks down to and makes someone feel poorly, it reflects poor leadership and management. While there may be a good stylist here, the management was beyond rude, ill-mannered, and condescending. I hope she gets some help. So I will happily take my business elsewhere because life is too short to be treated poorly. Treating people well and respectfully is a simple task in this world. The businesses that can remember this will succeed; the ones that don't will fail. I highly recommend finding another place to get a haircut; it's not worth it here. read more

Usually, I would be super lazy to write a review but this place definitely deserves one. My barber was out of town for the week and I needed a cut ASAP bc I had a date to attend to. My hair has not been cut for over two weeks so my head was looking like a jungle. Then I came upon Great Clips because one of my friends said they give awesome haircuts for the LOW. Came in, I wanted bald fade taper and my stylist Katherine did an amazing job. I was very happy with the result and would 100% recommend anyone to come here. read more

Three of us needed haircuts - my elderly parents and me. I had a little trepidation in going to an unknown to us salon, but boy! Am I glad we did. The salon is small, but clean and airy. Yes, you have to wear a mask, and they've put up clear shower curtains between each station, and spread out the chairs in the waiting area. With the way the haircuts before us went, we each ended up with one of the three ladies who were working that day. All three of us got great haircuts, the ladies are super friendly, and so kind and patient with my parents. Men's regular haircuts are $18, and women's are $20. Location - they're right on Monterey / Business 156. Just a few blocks from Hwy 25. We got parking right outside, but if the area were a little busier, I can see parking on the street behind the salon or in the parking lot nearby. To sum up: Good haircuts, friendly people, clean salon, reasonable prices. We'll be back, and I definitely recommend Isabella's.
