Normally I do not give reviews, but stylist who cut my daughter was rude. Not only does she not asking how I feel about her work with my daughter's hair, the stylist just said that she is done. I feel very offended. read more

Walked in with no appointment. Josie took me right away. She gave me a competent, professional, and decent haircut. She asked often if the cut was going well. More than pleased with the results. I hope this stylist sticks around. read more

Went in today for a cut and asked for 3/4 of an inch off and long layers. Everything looked okay and then left and it looks awful. Her technique needs work . My layers are so choppy !!! Won't be coming back!! read more

They are quick and easy. The lady was nice and they got Hubby in very quickly. Everything was clean and professional.

Ive never had a worse haircut. I would not recommend. I showed the barber a picture of how my hair use to look. I had sideburns and a comb over with a part on the side of my head. After leaving my part was in the middle of my head. The sides were uneven and my sideburns are completely gone. I'm not a hair dresser but better work could have been done by a monkey with a pair of scissors!!! read more

Terrible first and last experience. Make sure to be loud and clear when asked how to cut your hair. I said a number 3, tapered..."you said a number 1?" There went my plans to ask someone out that Afternoon as I tried to stop her. "Do what now??" Is not a sign of good communication skills or customer service. I won't be back. read more

I brought both of my boys in for a hair cut and the hairdresser who did my son Ian's hair was really nice and did a great job. But the guy who did my son Nicholas's hair, never spoke one word to myself or my son. When I asked him to cut the top more (his hair cut looked unfinished) he was so annoyed and still did a terrible job. He has no business working in customer service let alone a hair salon. We will never go back here because of this guy. read more

After three to four years of avoiding thIs place I received a coupon for $5.99 haircut. I decided to check and see if they have improved since then because they used to be disrespectful and didn't a good job before. I also had two people that I would request and the managers would get upset with me and the stylist which I disliked. I also have difficulty finding a place that correctly cuts my hair and each place I go to has a high turnover rate of employees anymore. I did see that a majority of the employees at this location are different but one definitely was here before that gave me issues but thankfully I did not get her. My hairstylist was thoughtful, respectful and did a nice job except like with all hairstylist they never cut the top back short enough and I have terrible cow lick issues if it isn't cut off or super long to weigh it down. I am not upset with her since this is a problem I have with any barber or hairstylist and when I find someone who can do it right they end up leaving for a higher paying job. Since I had a coupon this helps but normally this is a $14 job and I think for 15 minutes or less it shouldn't be that high especially if they don't get the cut right but rent in Grove City is outrageously priced for businesses and renters so I expect that. read more

Very annoyed people. Everyone that I dealt with seemed extremely annoyed. Maybe they just didn't want to be there. Or maybe just having a bad day. I only spoke to 2 people and both were mumbling, rolling eyes. I sat in the chair and was asked what I wanted. I said just a trim... (How much?)...I said idk a trim, what's needed, a 1/4 in.... (How much do you think a 1/4 in is??) I said nope, got up and left. Bad vibes spewed all over this interaction and if he can't see what needs to be trimmed, then he does not need to touch my hair. This was the oddest waste of 20 minutes. Of course I left the chair without any services. read more

Hate always having to practically beg them to double check their work (this is at all locations) and always having to go home and fix what they couldn't finish. read more

Awesome employees very talkive and nice. My boyfriend and I both got hair cuts and we're in and out fast. One of the best great clips we have been In too! Highly recommend! read more

Usually when I go here the hair cuts are pretty textbook. Nothing special about the cut, and a little small talk between them and I. However today I went in and two girls were nonstop talking to each other and paying little to no attention to my hair while cutting it. She cut it too short when I asked for my ends trimmed and messed up my friends bangs as well. read more

Used the online sign in, estimated wait of 20 minutes. Showed up and the wait was now 40 minutes. Waited over and hour before my name was called. The stylists all took atleast 15 minute breaks between customers. Never seen this location this slow or with this bad of service. Will not be coming back. read more

Worest haircut ever. Very uneven, and 3" shorter on the sides than i ask for. Stylest was rude and said she didn't need to see the pic she does it all the time. read more

Got hair cut today in Grove City.(stringtown Rd close to Walmart). I don't normally review this type of service because I don't have much hair left and not very particular about it, but , I feel so inclined because of the awesome experience. Reminded me of of the old days when you would get to know your barber well. I was greeted by a well dressed and well mannered young woman named Summer. She is super friendly, very polite, fast and great at her job. Finally got what I paid for this week. Might buy a lottery ticket. Haha. Store was also clean and well organized. I will most certainly make a return visit. I believe one can request a stylist. Will definitely stay with this young lady if I can. Thanks for reading. Troy read more

The guy that works here is awful. I've never had too much of a problem with anyone else here that cuts hair, but when the guy is at the counter and calls me over, I'm immediately in regret-mode. He doesn't do what I ask him to do, and what he DOES do happens to be bad. If he calls you up next, I'd honestly just walk out and drive over to the other Great Clips off of Hoover Rd, near the Kroger. read more

The first time I went to Great Clips in Grove City, OH, I had a wonderful experience. However, this past Saturday I had one of the worst experiences. My friend and I walked in to a busy waiting area where we put our names in and waited for a hair cut. A blond-curly-haired-stylist overheard me say that I wanted our hair washed, blow dried, and straightened. She was promptly rude and said "That's $18 extra." I confirmed that this was ok and we waited. When it was my turn to get my hair cut, the stylist had me sit down in 4 different chairs. Then, as she was cutting my hair, I see the blond stylist cutting a little boys hair. He was obviously scared. She kept yelling at him "look down at your belly, look DOWN at your belly" so she could get the hair off of his neck. My friend and I made eye contact, we couldn't believe that she was talking this way to a client, not to mention a child. After all was said and done, my hair looked good, but rushed through and when she straightened it, she curled it under. My friend's stylist did the same. We asked for our hair straightened, not curled under. When we paid, my friend was angry, I felt bad for her. When she got home, she noticed her hair was un even. I will not be going to this place ever again. read more

I haven't had my hair cut in almost 2 years so I went with my mom to get it done. When the woman checked me in I asked for a shampoo and a haircut. After a 2 minute wait she took me to the chair and started to cut my hair. I usually had my hair washed first before I get it cut so I just thought it was a different routine. She started to use a small comb on my hair which was super long and super thick so it was hard for her to get it through until she finally switched to a bigger comb. I'm not tender headed at all but the way she would comb and cut my hair HURT SO BAD. I asked if should could please be easier and she told me that with my hair being so long and thick it's hard to do that...so the pain continued and all I could think was what did my hair ever do to you?! Even when she would used her hand to tossel my hair it was painful. I asked to get my hair cut 5 inches and she ended up cutting 9 inches off. I also asked for layers to help thin out my hair and her response was I guess but it's hard to do and sucks when people have hair as long as yours. After the agony I went to pay and then she said oh I forgot you wanted a shampoo would you still like one? She's the one that signed me in and cut my hair so I don't know how she forgot. I told her no it's fine now...when really I wanted to ask will you add drowning me under the water since you enjoy giving pain? I still gave a $2 tip but I think next time I'm going to spend the extra money at a better salon. read more
