Despite having made multiple appointments with Carolina in the past and having unique hair, she did not recall my hair needs. I wanted to take advantage of the Back to School discount for a hair trim and wax. I was specific about how I wanted my haircut, just like before, and even showed her pictures to remind her of the length on each side. Unfortunately, Carolina was distracted by phone calls during the consultation. Despite my clear instructions, she trimmed too much hair and gave me a completely different look. Now, I have to adjust to this unexpected change. I am deeply unsatisfied with this experience and will not be returning to SC Beauty Lab.

I recently told a lady I work with about the salon and my stylist Jen and she said she was going to try her out! I was nervous bc she has not gotten her hair done in over a year due to not being satisfied before especially when styling. She stated she always went home and did her style on her own and pin pointed out cut and color issues so she just stopped getting her hair done. This past weekend she went to see Jen even though it was a hike for her as she lives about 30 minutes a day. Yesterday she came up to me so happy with the results and said for the first time ever I could have went out for the night without having to re-style my hair. She has now found a new salon and stylist even though the drive for her is rather far, I also overheard her referring others. I personally have been seeing this stylist for years and love the work she does! The other ladies in the salon also have great talent as I watch the creations they come up with while I'm being pampered!

It's a small 2 seater with authentic barber chairs and the banter of a comedy club with Ebony and Tony. They both have lots and f experience and love their work. My haircut was top notch, razor cut on fine blonde/grey wavy hair. Ebony is the only one I've had cut my hair in I guess about 10 years now wow!! But also Ebony is an artist with the clippers as well. She's a complete master at her craft and is confident and inspiring to know. Grove City is lucky to have her! Today, I drove again from Westerville about 45 minutes to find out Anna is not at the salon, no manager on the job, no phone number to contact a manager and was told someone else could do the hair cut, but not the highlights. That person changed her mind, I was told to wait because some texts about availability went out, but that was a "lie", too. This situation is unacceptable and unprofessional! I had to drive twice from Westerville about 45 minutes each way for an appointment that was cancelled or never scheduled! This is unbelievable! I couldn't make this up...later, they had the audacity to text about my next appointment. I don't support unprofessional businesses that I cannot rely on. Also, I don't recommend this place because they luck of professional etiquette.
