No one was in the store and we were still asked if we signed in online. WHY??? No one was there. The stylist powered through and tore a knot in my hair and it hurt! No apologies. Average haircut and she didn't put much thought into it. Looks average at best. I went back to an old style I really liked and the result was disappointing. I'm a mom and don't get to the salon a lot and wish she could have spent a few extra minutes to make my cut look great. No mousse or any sort of styling tips when I told her going in I wanted to get more body in my hair. Won't be back. The stylist was sick and I hope I don't get her bug. read more

Doesn't matter who cuts my head at this Great Clips, they always get it the way my wife likes me to look.

I called on Aug 4 to see if Crystal was working that day because that is who I get to cut my hair. The lady I spoked to said that she was but she would be leaving t 5:00. I also asked if they still take walk ins she said yes. So I arrived at 3:00 .I walked up to the desk I asked if Crystal was still here. The lady said she had already left. So I told her that I still wanted a haircut. She said it would be 46 min wait and I told her that's fine so I sat in the waiting area . There were 3 ladies working. As I sat there every time someone walked in they would ask did you sign in online when they said yes they took them straight back to get serviced. This went on for an hour and half till I finally walked up to the lady and told her I've been here for an hour and half all these people keep going back before me . She asked me my name and l told her the lady that when I first got there the just said it would be 46 min wait she then asked me my name and phone number then she walked over and whispered something to the other stylish and then told me that she had me in the system. She called another person to the back. I was so upset bec there were 3 other people there to be waited on and I felt like I was going towait on them so I told them never mind I will never come back there again and walked out. They weren't friendly at all. I'll have to say the following week I went to Great Clips in Fayetteville, Ga. They were friendly first time I've been there and got my haircut They did a great job. Took my grandson for his first ever haircut yesterday. The hairdresser was really grumpy and gave an uneven cut. Didn't treat it as anything special at all. Then the computer was having issues so it took several minutes to get our total. She got hostile when I tried to pay with my card even though she didn't make it clear beforehand that it would not work. I offered to pay by check but that was not acceptable. Thankfully my daughter has some cash or we might still be there. I will not be back. read more

Used to be OK with this place until yesterday a lady decided to buzz a bald spot on top of my 3 year olds head and then covered it up and didn't tell me. Noticed when we got home and her styling had moved. Not to mention she was rude not only to me but people on the phone. Over it. read more

Did Online check-in then drove 45 minutes to find a sign that says Online check-in isn't working. Of course, they say sign the list and wait another 45 min to an hour. Seriously say it's not working or call people that do sign in to let them know it's not. Will not come here again and me and my daughter always came here before. read more

Do not waste your time. Routinely late, ignore their customers, often have, "system problems," and their online signin system ensures you get screwed if you bother to be early or on time. Absolutely worthless - never going back. read more
