She's always been attentive with what her customers ask for and the patience to get it done right. My child has some challenges with his thick, curly hair and she manages to make it look great! Since Cool Cuts closed and other kids cut places are walk ins only, Nikki is able to make appointments so we don't have to wait an hour for a hair cut.

They give them options of: where they would like to sit, how's the water temperature, what color of bows would they like, if they want to watch tv or play games, and if they would like their nails painted. Their haircut was really nice and styled well. At the end they do spray hair color or glitter in their hair. Took a chance and luckily Mandy was still at Arizona Hair. She recommended something for my dry hair. I came in with a sandy/dirty blonde shade, but unfortunately walked out with a completely different ash blonde that looks very unnatural and overly processed. My roots now appear gray-white, while the rest of my hair looks light brown, leaving me with an uneven and very obvious color difference. The result looks nothing like what I came in with or what I requested. In addition, the texture of my hair is now brittle and frizzy, which makes it feel damaged compared to how healthy it was before the appointment. The experience was uncomfortable while I was there, and even more upsetting once I saw the final result. I'm so unhappy with how drastically my color and texture changed that I wouldn't even feel comfortable trusting the salon to correct it. If you don't already have experience with a specific stylist here, I would not recommend this salon.
