I have always had some great haircuts, however, my last one turned out to be a negative experience for me. Due to this bad experience with the salon I went to, I had contacted Great Clips and was referred to Christine, the GM for the stores. Christine did a wonderful job listening to me and went above and beyond to resolve the situation and my complaint. I later met with the Mgr. of the salon, Christina, and she also was VERY understanding and cheerfully followed through on making sure that my issue was resolved. I appreciate this level of their commitment to customer service and satisfaction and therefore, I will continue to return to Great Clips. I highly recommend this salon and I truly believe that they wish to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and will continue to give some great haircuts. Thank you read more

I wish I could say good things about this place or any great clips for that matter. Unfortunately it seems as if every great clips I've ever visited couldn't even come close to making my hair look decent. I've been to this location about 3 times, and third time was not the charm in this case. Picture A is what I asked for, B &C was what I got. The lining wasn't even close to being straight. I guess I'm going to have to spend wayyyyyy too much money for someone to cut my hair right. read more

I'm not trying to single out anyone but the stylist who cut my hair have an attitude. Luckily I'm not related to her but she does give a bad impression on those who aspire to make a career for themselves. What do I mean by this, she puts on a not so welcoming face, looking at her watch as if she had to go somewhere, struggles to listen to what the customer wants, and gives an attitude as if she knows what she is doing. Just wondering why she is still working there if she shows up for work like that. It's bad for business and it's a good thing this location is still busy. I guess this person balance out the rest of the other stylist. I know one of them was super patient and always smiling not even complaining when I requested to cut more my daughter's hair. Wish she can be around more often. read more

I brought my 10-year-old son in for a haircut on June 29, a Friday evening. I checked in online at 5:15 p.m. and it said the wait was 104 minutes (!!!!). While the wait time seemed extraordinarily long to me, I thought, "OK, no biggie. We'll just eat dinner first and I can take him after dinner is over." So 104 minutes later we show up at Great Clips and Carson's name is not in the check-in list. The woman who was working at the front desk told me that it probably got kicked off. So I am guessing what happened is that some of the people on the wait list ahead of us didn't bother to show up so the 104 minutes went much faster than that. So I had to add his name to the wait list--again--and sit and wait. We ended up waiting 50 minutes on a Friday night for a haircut that lasted less than 15 minutes!! The reason? Even though we were sitting there at the salon everyone who had checked in online ahead of us and then came in after us got priority. I will never go back to this salon again. They need something in place like text message updates, for example, if your name coming up sooner than they originally told you. There are myriad of other hair cutting establishments within a 5 mile-radius of Great Clips, and I would highly recommend going to one of them instead. read more

The rude and condescending manager has ruined a previously great place to get a haircut. She was so busy talking for 10 minutes, while only my special needs adult son waited, that 2 people who registered on line came walking in. She then took them first. We left after she tried to make a lame excuse and then got rude! Bad service and bad treatment of a special needs adult. read more

Worst place I have ever been in my life. Do not go here it is worth the money to just go to sports clips or anywhere else. They over charge and didn't do a single thing right. Absolutely do not let Jo do your hair she will mess it up. After countlessly telling her what I wanted she didn't do anything close to that. Went in for a quick hair cut and that's exactly what I got! Had no appointment so I checked in online and walked right in, no wait time! I love that! Especially since I was on vacation and the last thing I wanted was to spend hours in a hair salon (it's happened before). Very satisfied... Would definitely return in the future! read more

Ive been going to this great clips a couple months now and the staff here are great. The online check in is the way to go. Sign up on the internet and they give you a 15 min call ahead when you are ready to go. Couldn't be any easier. The quality of the haircut is also pretty good as long as you work with your stylist and let them know exactly what you want. All the staff I have met have been friendly and I have never felt like the stylist was "rushing" through my cut to get to the next one. read more

I go to Whitney every time. She does an amazing job!!! My whole family gets their hair cut by her. My wife who is very particular about her hair and typically goes to a salon decided to give her a shot and absolutely loves her. She does the same quality cuts as a high dollar hair stylist if not better for a way better of a price. She is amazing with kids as well. My youngest is 3 and when she is done with his hair it looks great!!! She is very patient, kind, and respectful. I recommend Whitney to ANYONE man, woman, or child!!! read more
