I have recently got an excellent deal off them trading in my 8 year old 37K mile bike for a pre-registered (19 plate) Honda Crosstourer. I have now purchased one second-hand and three new motorcycles from them over the last 12 years. The first new motorcycle I had to request some work to be done under warranty (an unusual dip in Honda quality) and they accepted the request without quibble. Hadrian and his team are excellent in putting the customer first. They provide excellent advice and it becomes obvious that they don't always put a potential profitable sale at the top of their agenda when giving advice. My wife and I have started to buy all of our gear from there as well and, in the past, the team have assisted me in getting a supplier to replace the an expensive piece of kit where it has failed to meet the standard expected (top of the range Revit Gloves). All in all, we are impressed by their commitment to the customer and service. And to top it all, they have a very good café there that provides good refreshments and food at very reasonable prices - used by bikers, lorry drivers and delivery drivers alike.

They don't come back with a huge list of unnecessary work but we are advised if something does need to be looked at. The workshop is a bit hard to find if you don't know quite where to go. The entrance is from Tower Rd West, and it is through the arch of the red brick Victorian building on the north side, near the Battle Rd end. It's quite a steep slope down, but usually you are asked to park in Tower Rd West and then leave your keys in the office, which is next to the deceptively spacious workshop.

I always…read moretake my car there for MOT's as I know that whilst they are checking my vehicle to make sure it is safe to drive on the road they are not looking for problems that don't exist unlike some of the so called cowboy garages. Any work that needs to be done is always completed in as short a time as will allow and at the right price. My only warning would be is that the garage is situated on a sharp bend on the A21 so please take care when visiting
