I'm so glad I chose Tri State Inspection and had the opportunity to work with Wayne. He was exactly…read morethe kind of person I needed during what has been a pretty stressful situation with my home. Wayne was incredibly patient and took the time to listen to everything I was concerned about. He didn't just look at the obvious things and move on. He paid close attention to the details and made sure my questions and concerns were addressed. After the initial inspection, he also returned to the home to take another look at some of the issues, which I really appreciated. It's obvious that Wayne takes a lot of pride in the work he does. He was on time, followed through, and did what he said he would do. More than anything, though, I felt like he genuinely cared. He treated my concerns as if they mattered, and that made a big difference. Good customer service can be hard to find, and Wayne is someone who clearly understands what that looks like. He was professional without being impersonal, thorough without making the process overwhelming, and just an all-around good person to work with. I would definitely recommend Wayne to anyone needing a home inspection. I'm very thankful for the time he spent helping me and for the care he put into doing the job right.

He was very flexible and worked with my realtor and other family members since I could not be present for the inspection myself. He then followed up the inspection with a phone call to me to explain his very thorough report and even offered to return to the house when I moved to town and closed on the house so he could further explain his findings and educate me (a first time homeowner) on various aspects of the home and annual maintenance. If that wasn't enough, there was a hail storm prior to my closing date and when I contacted Wayne for advice, he offered to go back to the house to check for damage free of charge the very next day. Wayne is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and truly cares about the quality of his work and educating his clients. If you want an inspection done right the first time, I highly recommend Wayne and Tri State Inspection.

I received an email confirmation for my appointment immediately and a reminder 16 hours in advance of the appointment. We had all windows and glass doors cleaned inside and out, and they look immaculate. Literally, sparkling! The results are flawless. Bryce came bang on time, took as long as he thought he would, charged what we had arranged, brought his own water and cleaning supplies, and he was both thorough and fast. Also, very professional and friendly. We had painters also, and I'm grateful for how patiently he worked around them. I can not recommend this firm enough: My only regret is that I didn't find Brite-Way sooner, especially because I also - icing on the cake! - found the price for their excellent service very, very reasonable.

He has fixed my chimney, remodeled an office space, put up thin brick in a stairwell and cut down trees in my yard. I've been very satisfied with all the work Nathan has done. His quality of work makes him stand out, leaving a product that I've always been more than impressed with. Nathan told me that he would have the job completed by the end of July. 8/7/23 I reached out to him to find out a timeline. He said it will be another two weeks at most but not to be pushed out beyond that. 8/28/23 he asks if he can set up, I say of course anytime. 8/29/23 he set up a scaffolding around 8am. 10:30am that same day he tells me the bricks needed are a special order and would take another week or two. I agree to wait. 10/13/23 I ask him about the brick order. 10/14/23 He says he forgot about me and will check with the brick supplier. I then message Nathan and tell him that due to winter near, I'd just like my deposit back and revisit things in the spring. Nathan then tells me that the brick supplier is able to get the bricks and they are on the way. I call the brick supplier back to find out they still haven't talked to him. I told Nathan I would like my deposit back. He agreed. 11/22/23 I ask for my money again. He said he can only pay half right now. I said I need my full deposit back by 12/1/23 or I will have to contact my lawyer. 11/30/23 Nathan takes down the scaffolding and tells me he will drop off a check in the morning. He never did. 12/3/23 As of current, he has made no contact with me or paid a cent back.

I had this company come to my home, 75 miles from Fargo, to check for a serious sewer smell/leak…read more They said there would be a mileage for travel, but when they charged me $1,250 to drive to my home, spent an hour snooping around, put some duct tape on one pipe, and FAILED to find the problem even though I had the ceiling open because there were stains when I bought the house and I removed that part, not wanting to seal it up until I was sure the plumbing was correct. Then they said they would come back and do some work, it might even take two more days: at $1250 for travel. They charged me $1550 for that first visit, $300 for the two of them to snoop around. I paid them, because I honor my bills, but I HIGHLY recommend you AVOID these guys. They'll probably delete this review, but i will leave it elsewhere where they can't. I called another company, they were very professional, came and found the problem within minutes, returned within days with all the supplies and buttoned it up within hours. No problems since. And it cost me LESS than it would have been to pay these guys for travel, ie. close to $4,000 to get them here three days, AND it cost less than this company quoted me for the actual repairs. So I wasted $1,550 on these guys and was saved additional thousands by getting someone who knew what they were doing and were fair and conscientious in their work ethic.
