Wayne was incredibly patient and took the time to listen to everything I was concerned about. He didn't just look at the obvious things and move on. He paid close attention to the details and made sure my questions and concerns were addressed. After the initial inspection, he also returned to the home to take another look at some of the issues, which I really appreciated.
