My truck broke down in town at 4:30pm and I called around the parts stores, looking for recommendations for an affordable shade tree mechanic able to work after 5:00. Alfonso had dropped off his business card and came highly recommended. He and his son drove to my location and gave me a quick estimate. I had previously had the hydro boost on my Chevrolet Silverado replaced by this shop a few months…read moreago. After a short period, I began hearing a whining noise at the pump. When I had the fluid checked it was discovered that they used ATF fluid in the pump rather than the correct fluid as per the manufacturer. I had to have the fluid replaced to correct the whining noise. If I left this go, it would have ruined the pump in a short period of time and I would have had even more costly repairs due to this issue. I find it very difficult to believe that it was a mistake, being they are highly trained mechanics that work there. I was very disgusted and alarmed that this occurred. Hence, always, always check and be sure of who is working on your vehicles and that they do the job right. Not make things worse or to possibly make more money on you down the road, knowing you'll be back!!!

I am not out $826.96 to repair the 4 ugly holes in the front bumper of a brand new vehicle that they installed the front bumper license plate bracket on. Although the New Car Sales Manager (Manager, not just a salesperson) told me (I have the texts and voicemails saved and archived) he would authorize payment to repair and tell me where to take it, he called today to say the Business Manager would not honor his word! Worst dealership and example of dishonesty, lack of integrity, and POOR customer service I have ever experienced buying a new vehicle (I have purchased 16)!
